Let's not even get into the conversation about struggles of star kid..only struggle ever alluded is about comparison which is even frivolous when you see the benefits and relevancy they have even with flop career because of being born to a star kid..don't know how one even uses the term struggle for them while having a conversation about the other lot who don't even get a stephold for auditions. And then to see a kid land a Vogue cover just because 😆

The issue is they dont even know how to have the conversation about nepotism because they've lived in a privileged life. If you don't experience sometimes you tend to live in a bubble. That's how I feel about when they keep comparing doctor's son with actor's son getting movies.

There was a hue and cry by certain sections of the Shah fandom when Rajkumar Rao said he did not like Masala movies and some people even said he did not have the aukaat to say so ? Well what aukaat does Suhana have now to be in Vogue ?
A hard working actor who achieved his status on his own cannot say his preference of movies but a starkid who has achieved nothing is on Vogue and people support her and her parents. 🤔

Vogue is a lifestyle and fashion magazine focusing on celebrities. So it's not that off base that Suhana appears on Vogue purely on being a celebrity child. Its not known for any trailblazing journalism either. Just some cliched gossip and kitsch. Other than Teen Vogue, Vogue is just shizzle. If it were a news magazine or a genuine film magazine it would be problematic.
But I question the intent of parents who expose their child to such risks and criticism when they should be protecting them and ensuring that they get a chance to grow up with space and freedom to become their own individuals.

I always felt she should stay away from Bolly , normally children looking like their parents don't really work in BW ( same with sisters or brothers , even with Singers , children having similar voice like their parents don't work ) audience always goes for a new face .
But its her choice at the end of the day , i think if she joins she should come back few years later , if she has the talent she deserves a chance otherwise she will be thrown out from BW like others as always !

OT : She looks good with minimal makeup !
I kinda like the cover !

Suhana is looking okay/fair. Not impressive. Should she have done the cover, after this result No. More than her face, the styling is bad. It doesn't suit her. Many stylists blindly copy looks from West. Even the colour of dresses is not suit to Suhana's skin tone. Even make up especially her lip colours are wrong choices.

Why she did it? May be after seeing other star daughters, she felt being left out, she is a teen right.

Criticising is fine but calling her SRK in drag or worse a prostitute is disgusting and speaks more of the mentality of the offender. What can a child do, if her face resembles her father? Isn't that how genetics works. If it's about her expressions or voice modulation, then these she can learn. What on earth can anyone do about face?

For success in BW, she needs to have great LUCK. Other things follow suit. If she is getting chances well, it is her luck that she was born to SRK but acceptance by public is not in her hands. Thats destiny. Parents from other professions too support their kids, nothing wrong in that. Attaining success is what they have to strive for.

If anyone thinks people are going to be more accepting to these star kids... I HIGHLY DOUBT IT. Audience is waking up. Middle class is waking up that that bollywood supports their own. Just look at Gauri's instagram account. Comments all over about nepotism.

No she does not need LUCK. She is one of the luckiest to be born the daughter of a man who bulldozed his way into an industry unfriendly to outsiders and made a name for himself. The irony is now she is the ultimate insider. She will be handed everything on a platinum platter. If she wants respect she needs to work her ass off like Aloo and not take the opportunity for granted. She like Aloo will always get criticism but you cannot say Aloo is not hard working.

Jhanvi too. She came out of the gate learning Hindi well enough to do an interview when she was criticized for not knowing the language, handled a very traumatic situation professionally, went back to work when she would be justified if she had dropped out and most of all handled herself well in interviews, smiling and promoting and dancing her heart out when she probably wanted to curl up in a corner. It's hard to criticize someone like that. Suhana needs to show she deserves to be in BW by her hard work. No luck.

Suhana looks ordinary.
It is nothing but nepotism to feature a star kid on Vogue cover even as she has done nothing to prove her mettle. Likes of Ash and Sush needed to win international beauty pageants to grace such covers whereas Suhana Khan gets it even without signing any movie or ever even appearing for an audition?

Shameful and sad to see SRK behave like a pushy dynast. Is he going to be the next Bachchan in terms of promoting his kids in industry?

Vogue is also strange that it keeps featuring star kids like Navya and now Suhana on cover even as they do nothing. Whereas it pretends to have high standards and tough criteria to feature others in its mag let alone its cover!

Undue. Unwarranted. Undeserved.

Fans are never passed from one generation to another.
If that happened then Hema-Dharam fans would be passed on to likes of Bobby Deol and Esha Deol, Rajesh Khanna-Dimple fans would be passed on to Twinkle Khanna, Rinke Khanna, Jeetendra fans would be passed on to Tusshar Kapoor, Feroze Khan fans would have passed on to Fardeen Khan. But they did not. 😆

Nor did Amitabh fans ever pass on to Abhishek Bachchan. 😉

Or Mithun fans pass on to Mimoh. 😆

I don't have a problem with the "nepotism" angle of it all. But this is a bad cover imo. She doesn't look good, styling is not good either. I don't find her very pretty or photogenic. And a fashion magazine cover is ALL about the look, so any spark or inner beauty is not going to cut it.
