BSM ne khud ko kamre mein band kar liya, MunDit ko yaad dilana pada jaise manhoosiyat bhagane khidki se gaye the woh khidki abhi bhi zinda hai.

Poonam bhabhi ko do minute bhi sabr na hua ki MunDit ko khidki se koodne tak wait kare, mama ko bola Daya darwaza tod do.

Nice post Ross. Liked your and CVs humour esp. in Baba scenes. We are so surrounded by dhongi babas these days that we don't relate to Sanyasis like Swami Vivekanada. In recent spiritual gurus, I like Sadguru. 😊

So Naina's rishta gets fixed in such hurry. Taya, tayi, and Librarian(Papa bolne ka mann nahi kar raha) all in hurry to finish this jhanjhat! So pathetic. Chachaji was fighting a losing battle. Was feeling sorry for Naina for this out of the blue Rishta for her and the way her folks were packing her off.

But my sympathies with her vanished when I heard her prayer. It was all about her ambition and Chachaji's dream being thwarted by this Rishta. She still wanted to be away from Sameer and didn't want the rishta to be the cause! That shows Sameer's priority in her list of things. 😕

Another thing Sameer's VO always has so much love and adoration for Naina. Even when Naina broke up with him, he says yaha mai use kos raha that aur woh waha mere liye dua mang rahi thi. In reality, she was playing cards with Chacha Chachi but lets no go there. 😃 In contrast Naina's VO makes fun of Sameer's weaknesses be it studies or his non seriousness. Today she made fun of her Sanyasi phase.

I think she needs to introspect her own thoughts and actions. She is aware of Sameer's lonliness long ago when she discovered his poem in Mt. Abu. In three years, she would have known all about him. How he was abandoned by his mom during his childhood, how Nanu was the only person genuinely cared for Sameer and is no longer there for him. How affected he was when Dadi said he is manhoos. She herself had gone through that phase when Sameer believed he is manhoos and anyone who loved him will either not be there for him or abandon him. Knowing this history of her love, how could she abandon him?

In true love you think about the other person 24x7 and not when you see some object/event and then it reminds of a person attached to that object/event. The other person's wishes, sentiments, gifts, emotions, well being.. every thing small or big matters.. more than your own wishes/ambition.

I could see that kind of love in Sameer's love. Hope Naina does something which will reinstate my faith in her love too.

Ross, maza aagaya post padhke! 😃 Waise, Taiji rishta lekar aayi... yeh mahaParlay se kum hai kya! 😆

There is no end to insensitivity in the Agarwal family... this is one family where older members really need to learn a thing or two from the younger members... So chachaji tried his best but was sidetracked by the evil Trimurti... how easily they dismissed Naina's dream of studying, finishing her college... again calling out her so-called 'Bad' looks to her face... and the worst of all...

Rakesh using the word 'Jhanjhat' for his daughter was in such cheap taste... This guy is an insult to educated men... All his life he ignored her, and only exercised his fatherly rights when he had to slap her... and now he sees a glimmer that he does not have to spend on her, and he jumps on it! 😡 Chacha and chachi were shocked into silence, though chacha tried his best to atleast make sure Naina can finish her college... Alas! Finally all he could do was hold Naina tight and give her a few moments of love and security...

And Sameer's journey to BSM continues... he is getting in too deep in this... and all this after Naina's phone call... he finally gave up, told her to leave him alone and now he is resorting to any which way he can, if it lets him suppress his thought about Naina... Mama, mami and Mundit's one liners were perfect foil to Sameer's pure hindi dialogs! 👏 Their reactions are funny... I'm glad for the balance we are getting in a sad track... Whereas Delhi was quite depressing... for sheer lack on lighter moments...

So ladke wale coming tomorrow... And Naina prays for a miracle... and voila! Sameer once again sees the card and picks it up... lovely coincidence... so is it an indication to us that Sameer is that miracle that Naina is hoping for... or that her miracle will happen through Sameer... either way is ok! And then there was the card and the VO... so shadi hints all around...

Naina's prayer mujhe samajh nahin aaya... She wants to remain separated but not marry... I hope she realizes that one day she will have to marry... since it was her decision to break up, she will not have Sameer anymore ... So will she have the guts now when she actually has to think of another guy as a husband? Will this finally make her realize she needs Sameer and she wants to marry only him... until Naina makes this choice, Sameer can do nothing because all his attempts are thwarted which is shattering him time and again... Of course she did her usual rant, this time to God about college, and chacha... his dreams for her, his trust, his love... all that... Will that other guy make her realize Sameer's worth? Till now she has treated him like collateral damage ...

In the Delhi track, just when Sameer met the mawali gang, Naina dreamed he was in trouble and was trapped in a dark space... I wonder if we will see Sameer having a similar dream about Naina in tomorrow's episode... because tomorrow is when the boy's family will come and Naina will get sucked deeper into oblivion... Let's see.😳

Chachaji pale and angry face, suppressing his tears was excellent... so was Randeep, who delivered all those dialogs with a straight face..😆 ... Though must admit everything he mentioned did apply to him and Naina in an indirect way... so will he use all this soon and achieve his goal? OR Is this for Naina who will soon regain her goal, that is marriage to Sameer? OR A wonderful mix of both? 😃 He seemed calm at the table... does that mean the meditation has done him some good... and he may have learnt to control his anger much better now... Mami was superb too. 😃

It was a faadu episode and your update was full of dhamakedar punch lines, Ross...

The scene at Agarwal house broke my heart and brought me to tears. No girls should even be subjected to pressure of getting married off against her will. My Dadi had thought patters of 18th century and she wanted my parents to get me married at the age of 18-19. Thank God my parents had thought pattern like Anand. But those few instances of that discussion raised by her was torturous. I feel for Naina here.. Anand was damn good in this scene and I believe he also got hurt as to how his brothers think of Naina. He will be an anchor to Naina and Sameer in future thats my guess. That word "jhanjhat" was gruesome by Rakesh used for his own daughter. How cruel he is to think like that!! That pain in VO indicates that she is still hurt by that title given by her own father.

Babaji ka hindi sunke I remembered DD days and my dream of being able to speak Hindi like that. Its still on my bucket list 😉. It was too funny to handle.. Dining table scene was amazing.. Everyone was spot on with their expressions. But Poonambhabhi took a cake away.. She was too good with her confused funny state looking at Babaji!!

Naina being restless and asking Bhagwanji to do chamtakar being linked with Sameer taking out that card was subtle but impactful. Naina's prayer may looked selfish to many people. But she has always prayed to God when in trouble asking what immediately she wants. She doesnt want to get married as she wanted to get married few years down the line... But not wishing good for Sameer can never be her intention. So Babaji cum Sameer is going to accept "Satya"very soon that Naina is the ultimate destination for him. How he reaches to her or how she walks back towards him will be an interesting tale. Rest all will be "Mithya".. VO also confirmed it and how beautiful that was. It puts us at ease and also making us restless as to whats in store ahead..

What an episode it was. Emotions swinging like a see-saw. Chachaji and Naina are truly naive. They still feel that there is some goodness left in Ts and SS. Their pleas fell on deaf ears. They are plainly not bothered. The final blow was what Rakesh said.😡☢️

Bela had the ominous intuition that T was planning something bad and it came true.

Sameer is proving to be a very good disciple of cassettwale babaji. So sincere in trying to give up worldly attachments. MUndit, Poonam, Mama and mami are really at loss. Poor things!! Looks like writers were waiting for the right time to bring back the Sameer sang Naina card. Interestingly, they showed the card with Sameer who wants to give up attachments. Older Naina's take on their lovestory has always been chirpy - gives hope and assures viewers.

Naina's prayer --am also confused with her thoughts. 😕Does she not realize that if it is not now, in another year or two or at the best when she completes her studies she needs to get married to the groom chosen by her family!! Is she fine with marrying any Tom, dick Harry?? It is not convincing that this thought has not occurred to her. She is intelligent and we have seen how she plans and weighs pros and cons. Disappointed. Maybe she has not realized Sameer's worth that he is the one who will standby her no matter what happens and help her dreams come true. Till now, she thinks it is only chachaji who understands her aspirations and dreams.

Yes right caps Ross ... Prisoners ...Prisoners of Dreams ,hopes, Expectations... but seriously apart from having fun watching the episode... I found it so much insightful ... Sameer telling about in his pure BSM mode"Parivartan" and "Purusharth" , was the epic for me... How easy it is to quote and how hard to actually follow ... (Par Updesh kushal bahutere ...It's easier said then done) ...Once again the VO's steal the show...

Nicely written update Ross... Siddhu paji was as hilarious as Munna *niyam aajkal khud bana raha hai * *bhagwan to nahi ban jayega*🤣

The helplessness of Naina ,Chacha and company ... I strongly feel that love is such a pure emotion ...Naina loves sameer is good ...But it must not be like option...It must not be like just because no one loves her at home she should value sameer more...Is this why people fall in love ...Chalo koi to pyar karta hai mujhse... I don't think so...Coz a person having a very loving family too can fall in love ...So this is were I disagree ... Love can be choice and never be an option...

That's what bothered me too... Trust me ...whether Marriage or love you have to become companions ...You can't laugh on others weakness or its not like competition that who is best ,superior ... So this was a blooper for me...Other then that I strongly feel love can never be conditional...

Does this means that person who is deprived of family's love and attention should seek love outside...I mean if you have a loving and caring you should not even think to fall in love (Bull Shit) ...

If they show it like this ...I am sorry to say ...This could be anything but not love...

The Naina I knew was simple, square shooter, clarity in her mind reg everything

but all of a sudden or is it aftereffect of Judai that she became more selfish?

True, selfishness was her trait but it was harmless, here she is emotional pain to Sam.

Well I don't take VOs seriously, they are unreliable source of info, many times they have given wrong info so I will take her making fun of Sam is in jest and not a serious one.

@red...I guess that will be the end result of this track, she will give Sam top most priority and then marriage track may come in picture.

Hi Ross

Episode was quite hilarious as well as sad for me,loved your update.

Sameer is really on verge of becoming Baba. I really enjoyed his Hindi.

I should also take those cassettes for my daughter at least she will learn some Hindi. She can't speak one word forget Hindi she can't even speak our language also properly.

Mama Mami, Mundit reactions to Sameer were so funny.

Finally Sameer sang Naina card made comeback ,it was so nice to see.

That is not just card but a beautiful souvenir of their lovestory which is equally important for us as well.

Sameer's antics were funny but I really felt bad for him. His life starts and ends with one and only Naina. Without her he is ready to leave all those things behind just to get away,but can he really do that? Poor kiddo can't even tear her photo. He tried to call her but didn't,looks like he is gonna give up now.

Hey can you tell me any bad words which I can use for selfish trio SS,O Bai and Tauji?

How pathetic are they! Can't believe they are so called elders of the house who can't think beyond their false pride. SS I have no words for him who calls their daughter Jhanjhat yaar. He should learn some things from my father. Can you believe my father never wanted a third child but I was born anyway but he never made me feel unwanted. Infact he loves me more than my siblings,he always gave me whatever I wanted because of him I am a spoiled brat that's what my husband calls me.

Anyway but more than Naina I really felt bad for Bela and Anand. They only raised her but they don't have a say about deciding her future or to take any decision. Must say Sachin ji was brilliant here.

Naina and Anand's hug was really heart wrenching. Her last hope is also not able to do anything in front of elders but I liked the way she at least opened her mouth to say no to marriage. Preeti also tried her best.

Naina's last hope now God, she is expecting some miracle to stop this alliance.

Like I commented on Dr.Don's post ,I found some kind of selfishness in her prayer.

She wants to go away from Sameer but she don't want to go away from Bela,Anand and the dreams they saw for her. It really made me wonder does this girl really loves Sameer? If not him but she is ready to marry somebody else not now but after some years. Where all those promises she made to him? I know family is important but other person is also important whom you claim to love.

She still don't have a tiniest regret about breaking up with him. Bashers are welcome to bash me for this but I don't have any regrets for saying this.

No wonder she is truly SS daughter.

Episode belonged to Randeep/Sachin ji and Madhu for being a wonderful parents for their daughters.

P.S Ross don't make fun of Daya yaar. He is my favourite and my superhero.

He is not like these filmy heroes,he actually broke a door to save his daughter who was stuck inside.

So true. Naina's prayer made m angry. Not because she wanted to study further, not because she couldn't see her chachaji's dream being broken. There is no harm in a girl prioritising her chachaji's aspirations and her goals but nowhere in her prayer she thought about Sameer. Why? Why didn't she think that he would be devasted when he gets to know about her rishta? Why didn't she still feel that she has done something horrible to Sameer? Naina's priorities are always set according to her convenience. When it was about Sameer, she never cared about her chachaji's trust. Now when it is about her family, she is least bothered about Sameer. Is this how true love is defined?

Another thing Sameer's VO always has so much love and adoration for Naina. Even when Naina broke up with him, he says yaha mai use kos raha that aur woh waha mere liye dua mang rahi thi. I couldn't agree more. Their VOs clearly differentiate the love they have for each other. Sameer's VO always reflect the respect and love he has for Naina. Though I didn't support him in manhoos track but even back then he was worried for Naina. The dua maang Rahi VO shocked me. I wouldn't say Naina doesn't love him but why has not once she introspected that her decision could be wrong? Why has she not thought of Sameer's pain even once. When she called him, then also Sameer assured her that they will tide over this phase together but she didn't relent. Also, Naina has never really appreciated Sameer for anything he does neither does she encourages him to study. I agree Sameer should think on his own too but given the fact Sameer has always encouraged her, she should try to lead him to a better direction too.

Thank you so much for this. I have the exact thoughts and I couldn't have expressed them better.

I wanted to say one more thing. Sameer fell in love with 'behanji' Naina because he saw her inner qualities while everyone else failed to do that. He admired her for her honesty, for the fact that she gave utmost importance to friendship (the scene where Swati came to know about Naina and Sameer) and for her boldness which she showed always at the right time. Ironically, those qualities which made Sameer fall for Naina were never explicitly expressed whenever the time came to support Sameer be it about Arjun's continuous lying or now standing by his side).

Sameer has committed his share of mistakes too for which I could never support him but he has come a long way. I can clearly see the depth of his love is far greater than Naina's.

@Ross - I haven't watched the complete episode so I can not add much. 😊
