Dolly made the right decision in calling Vivaan. The viewers knew where Meera was so we weren't worried. But for Dolly, her daughter was missing for hours. What else could she have done?

Meera is not trying to get Vivaan to realise his feelings for her, she is trying to make him realise that Meera is right and Roma is wrong. If he realizes all of this, then he will also start to not hate PK as much. Meera repeatedly says that he started the relationship, so right now she doesn't mind if they divorce. She just don't want to leave him while he is still blind and being manipulated. She's not going to abandon him while he needs someone caring for him.

About their love for each other - there's more love from Vivaan's side while Meera only just cares for him. She believes in doing good and that's why she's helping him. I don't believe that there is any love from her side yet. When this is all over, I think Meera really will sign the divorce papers like she said she would.


Addition: Also remember, if they get divorced then there's no reason for Meera to still be around. She needs to be tied with Vivaan somehow so that's why she's pretending to be pregnant and it's also why she is still his wife. She has to stay in his life as SK and Meera. SK gives him wisdom and Meera shows him the harsh truth.
