Even Krrish films have became outdated now. You think after MCU becoming popular in India, Bollywood superhero films will stand a chance in front of them? Audience isn't going to care about Bollywood superheroes, when they have better movies to watch with bigger budget and scale.

It's not just that. Bollywood lacks ambitious directors who can handle such big-budget products. We don't have a Rajamouli or Shankar like the South Industry. Our best directors are Raju Hirani and Anurag Kashyap who can only make slice-of-life or dark niche films. Rakesh Roshan once got lucky with Krrish, but we all know Krrish 3 was a crap copy of X-men. Ra One was a rejected film. Flying Jatt was a joke. So Bollywood should stay away from this genre, because they anyway suck, and now they even have to compete with Hollywood.

Brahmastra is more on the lines of Baahubali, not modern SuperHero films.

Yes, female superhero...Deepika has one of the best body in Bollywood to carryout such film. It would be interesting to see her playing a complete bad ass again and doing amazing stunts.

THe timings seem so strange, just yeasterday there was a post about how she is not doing anything this year, and today she releases this article. Does her PR stalk this forum?

Some of DP's fans on twitter have been complaining a lot lately. One even sent her a DM to sign a movie 😳 Not that I think she ever reads what they say 😆 And they aren't shy to complain about her team whether it's her stylist or whoever. There was even this drama that someone from the Padmaa team had to address about Deepika's role being reduced in the final edit. So this article seems like it was meant for the frustrated fans. Coz from what I've heard she tends to announce movies just before shooting starts.
