KK: On behalf of the TDEFI, I welcome you all..We are now going to discuss the major items like the treatment of the story, production costs, casting of the actors etc ..Lana, will you please share your views with the rest...

Lashy: ( Hesitantly) Ma'am...I just want to say that it is a very lengthy novel, almost 50 chapters written and twenty more to come in the next few months..

KK: Don't worry Lashy.. Lana will take care of everything..

Lashy: But... How will we condense it to a movie of 3 hours..?

Lana: That is my job, Lashy.. We can take the movie in two parts.. HBAS 1 and HBAS 2.. It is the new trend..Both the movies will become hits..

KK: Yes Lashy.. What the director says is correct..Bahubali 2 raised the expectation of the audiences and it became a huge success..

Lana: Yes.. We can stop the story at a crucial point and pose a question to the audience.. Like they did in Bahubali.."Why did Kattappa kill Amarendra Bahubali..?"

Lashy: But where will we stop the story in Part 1?

KK: That we will decide as and when we proceed..

Lana: I suggest we should include a few songs in appropriate situations..

KK: It goes without saying Lana.. But we should decide broadly where the song sequences should be inserted..

Sandhya: I have already written a title song , which will be very apt to the Story's main theme.. By the way, are we going to retain the title of the novel as Hiding behind a stranger?..

KK: A good question.. But the title has 21 letters.. Our family astrologer Bindu selected today for our meeting since the number 23 is very lucky for us..

Lana: Then we'll make it "Hiding Behind The stranger" by adding 2 more letters..

Lashy: But..but.. he will be a stranger only if you write "A" stranger.. If it is "The" stranger, he will no longer be a stranger!

Sandhya: Then we'll change the title..

KK: We will have it as "The Farmaan"..It will be 10 letters..Ten is also lucky for me.

Lana: But madam, 10 is not a lucky number for me..We can cut a letter in the title and make it 9.. All the movies I directed with titles of nine letters were hits..

Lashy:.. 😲

KK: Okay then.. It will be "The Farman".. Decided...

Sandhya: Yes.. It is fine.. because the lyrics I wrote for the title is about the Farmaan only..

Lana: So. the title would be "The Farman" - Hiding behind a Stranger..

KK: Fine ..It is like "Bahubali- The Beginning" and "Bahubali- The Conclusion.."

Lashy: But the title looks like the Farmaan is hiding behind a stranger!!??..😲

KK: Author Sahiba.. all these are minor matters..Don't worry..

Lana: And.. Lavanya, . you and Sandhya decide about the number of duets, dream sequences, etc..

Kausi: Director Sahiba.. All the three of us will sit together and decide about these and come to a consensus . After that we'll have a final discussion..

Sandhya: Yes Kausi.. we will meet separately and decide about this..

Kausi: Sandy.. better we have the director to be present when we discuss..

Lashy: 😆

Lana: As for the costs, madam...

KK: Don't worry about the costs.. Lana .. Sky is the limit..

Lana: Then let us find a PRO, who would take care of publicity..

Selvi: We can have Rosejaan as our PRO..

Lana: And Manasi seems to have a rapport with the media people..

Well...we know Rosejaan otherwise never would not but off late she is having problem with the coordination of her sensory organs specially relating to the eyes. So slip-ups can happen and if it would I am traumatized to think of the outcome for her sake!

Problem to be resolved soon ( praying fervently emoji )- am going to borrow Heera's magnifying lens. 😆

Just logged in and it is already time to say bye! Yesterday was so tired that I had no idea I fell asleep after only writing 2 posts. This time the cold is draining every ounce of energy from me! 😔 I am taking meds, cough syrup to stand up straight for work!!
