As usual fantastic analysis.They simply couldn't conjure a potential conflict element and hence came with a lame one.And at this important juncture potential conflict was needed which would have strengthened the story telling but writers had a epic fail.

Rekha... Loved your analysis as usual... Bt what i am saying is if they were hell bent on showing another roadblock with naina manaoing sam this time, why didn't they use paper stealing truth... They coulve somehow let the truth be out... And sam can be upset with naina for keeping it from him for so long... That would be realistic too... However much he may love her, he's bound to get upset... Thats more of human nature... Then naina running behind him and asking for forgiveness will make sense too... They can also get done with that stealing thing once and for all.

What was the need to bring this mama family?

Since then, in the show, they have conviniently forgotton all of Naina's flaws. They tried to make her wonder girl for a while. It is only in the past few episodes, they have brought back that selfish streak of Naina. But I don't think they will ever revisit paper stealing. It won't make sense any more. It will put Naina in poor light which I don't think the makers want. Their confusion with Arjun 's character could have been due to this. In short, the real life bias has spilled over to the screen.

yeah rose... They are forcing this thing about sam being lucky to have naina ... Bt dont we know that already... Sam himself had admitted it many times that he got love and care from her like never before... All this looks forced now...whats the point of reinforcing this thing now.

thats what i feel too nandy... They are grooming mami to be a typical saas in the future... With vishakha, they don't have this possibility... Isliye brought this random mama family to the picture😕.

The writers screwed up the story right from Nanaji's death

Every episode started to look artificial and forced

Along with the hit misses, hide and seek, this manhoosiat track, nothing makes sense now

@Simi, paper stealing track was something that needed to be closed at any cost and they forgot about it totally

Today Sefjun story looks so superficial due to that blunder.

None of us can connect to Arjun's chatracter anymore

@Nandy, this mama mami track is very irritating

Who are these people and where were they the last 2 years in the story ?

They are living freely in someone else's house and they rant about aukaat etc

arjun is a gone case... Nothing to say about him... Shefali was the most sensible character since the start... She still remains the same... Mundit, swati, preeti had good and steady character growths... Thank god for small mercies.

Sameer's character was loved by all of us right from day 1
