To be very honest, the PH has a very good reputation and a is one the most well known and strong PH houses, existing in the TV industry. I don't think him saying anything against them is going to put them on a bad light, or take away their reputation, but yes, since Somy himself isn't that well known himself... he could be easily side-tracked. But I have a feeling, the PH would not take it the wrong way, and may take measures to understand him, (unless ofcourse, they already had discussed things with him and he had put his papers down, and then writing the post), but they wouldn't just mark him down for saying anything against them, as one person said, like what Ekta would do.

That being said.. we honestly don't know what conspired and what happened. We only know from his post that he wasn't happy with how things were turning out and did not like their responses to his edited scenes. True, it wasn't a good idea for him to move this way, vent on social media, but then again, we are all different and we have different ways of dealing with things. He is HUMAN, and what may have been unprofessionalism for us, for him, social media may be an outlet for him to express his concern and dislikes.

It was a rash decision, but, being impulsive, is being human.. how and when to control it, defines professionalism.

A request to all, lets not keep berating him on this anymore. It may give the PH house a wrong notion against him, and may make them feel that public wouldn't appreciate him being in the show and might not give a chance to communicate with him, if they haven't already.

Lets all be neutral about it, and let the PH know that, we still value them and think good of them and always will. Also request them if they can sort out the matter with Somy, and make things better (unless ofcourse they or Somy is against it).

I want to encourage a peaceful, positive and a healthy atmosphere, where we are NOT directly or indirectly affecting the career or reputation of Somy, with our comments, or the reputation of the PH house, negatively. :)

Wish Somy the best and pray that things are sorted out.. and applaud the PH team for trying their best!
