I feel it can be Sakshi as she walked on Arjun reading it and also, she knows something about Pooja which she has hidden from everyone. So my finger points at Sakshi.

I feel its Anjana cuz Arjun took Sakshi with him to drop her so that only left Mr.Hood and Anjana at home. And since we know that Mr. Hooda dosn't have that i think its Anjana.
