There is a video in gul's insta story,check that once,These pics are from that video only.There is nothing,Shivaay comes with cake in his hand with smiling face where Anika was shown as surprised/ confused when Some color papers showered on her from above,gul put the caption "Love will always find its way".it seems shivaay comes to know Anika birthday in the investigation process or something i am not sure though.
