Hi friends back with new update .Part 29
Next day Raman went to stay with iyers ,he took nice care of her ,pampers her ,fulfill all her crazy wishes while ishita was enjoying her pregnancy days happily . Slowly the time flew and one month passed ,next day ishra marriage was there ,they had to go to family court for their marriage . Today Raman was returning back to his house as he wanted to do some arrangements for Ishita's welcome .
Raman reached his house where Toshiji was having an argument with a person . Raman saw this and asked " ma who is he and why are you arguing with him ".
T- puttar this the driver of tempo van who brought our new furniture's .
R- haan to why are you arguing .
T- arey he is asking so much mon bolo he is asking 5000 rs just for bringing and unloading these furniture's .
R- ma ,de do .
T- what are you saying puttar ,5000 rs .
R- arey ma ,you had spend lakhs in changing the decor and furniture ,can't you give this person the fair which is genuine .
T- kya bol raha hai puttar ,5000 is genuine fair .
R; yeah ,ma .
Toshiji gave the money to person making faces ,Raman smiled on her antic and spoke " ma aap bhi na ,tomorrow your bahu is coming to house ,you will became dadi in some months and still you act as a kid sometimes . itna karcha kar liya ishita ke welcome ke liye and was fighting for only 5000 Rs .
T- tu chup rah aur bata ,was ishita saying something . how is her health .
R- she is perfect ,aapne dekha na that she has become plum also and her crazy cravings . kal se aap poore Karna .
T- haan haan theek hai ,chal ja yahaan se .
Raman ruffled his hairs smilingly and went to his room . He checked the decors of his room as now he has get it done according to ishita . There was two baby pics in the and then in the front wall he has put some Ishita's pic and some his ,in middle he has left a space for their marriage pic . He smiled getting satisfied of the decor and spoke " ishita come soon ,your house is eagerly waiting for you ".
Next day iyers were waiting for Bhalla's in family court as they had reached and Bhalla's were still to come . Ishita was dressed in red kanjiwaram silk saree , was wearing some simple gold jewelries ,her hairs were nicely tied in a bun ,surrounded with flower strings , had done Lil makeup and was looking too beautiful bride though she has tried to look simple but her glowing face was making her a beautiful as well as gorgeous bride .
The registrar has come and started his work ,already two couple got married and one more has gone inside ,ishra chance was after two more couples . Though ishita knows well that Raman is as eager and happy with this marriage as she is but still she was getting scared . She thought to call him but shrugged the thought thinking that if with some reason he will not pick the call ,she will get more restless . That's when he saw Sr Bhalla's coming ,she bend a little to see Raman but cannot , her face fell again . Mr and Mrs bhalla reached to them ,,Mrs iyer asked " where is Raman ".
T- he is parking his car ,just coming .
Soon Raman too showed up in Navy blue chanderi kurta with golden payjama. Ishita smiling fully on his sight while he too gave his ever charming dimple smile . She asked the reason for late arrival ,he told that his mother has taken a normal mangalsutra ,but living with iyers he got to know that they wore tali not mangalsutra that's why he went to bought it because of which he got late .Ishita smiled listening to him and thanked him for his lovely gesture .
Soon they were called in ,the registrar instructed them to sign on his register ,ishita signed first ,followed by Raman . Then their parents too signed as witnesses ,both ishra exchanged the flower garlands ,then Raman filled her partition with vermilion and tied tali around her neck . The registrar declared them man and wife while ishra bend to take blessing of their parents . Their parents too congratulated each other and then Bhallas happily returned to their house with ishita while iyer went to their house .
Toshiji instructed ishra to rest for sometimes as she has organized a huge baby shower function because ishita has stepped in her seven month . Ishita was sitting in Raman ,which is now her room too and was admiring the decor when Raman entered the room ,both saw each other and smiled happily finally being together as husband and wife . He walked to her and asked " tum theek ho na".
Ishita shook her head positively and spoke " I m good but Lil nervous too".
R- nervous for what ?
I- Raman I m nervous for the function, how I m going to face everybody.?
R- I know its bit difficult ,people will ask various questions ,which of course will not be good but you remember, logo ka kaam hai kahna ,we know our relationship was pure ,though it was illegitimate but was not wrong as we first got attached emotionally than physically . you are getting me na ?.
He asked softly ,she nodded and spoke " yeah I m ,will remember this ."
Talking like this they drifted to sleep . In evening toshiji brought a red Punjabi suit along with jewelries for ishita and told her to wear it for the function . She nodded and started getting ready ,soon Raman too showed up who was wearing a cream color sherwani with mehroon chooridaar and same color stole. Soon they got ready ,Raman was praising ishita when toshiji came to call them ,she too praised them and spoke taking evil eyes from her hand " nazar na lage mere hanso ke jode ko ".
Ishra smiled on her remark and all headed towards the party hall . Guests started coming to the party Mr bhalla was welcoming the guests . Soon ishra along with Mrs bhalla entered the hall ,she took ishita to the place where her sitting arrangements were done. Toshiji at first introduced ishita as their new daughter in law ,then informed everybody that its an reception as well as baby shower ceremony . Listening to this all the people present there started whispering .
Some ladies were very near to ishra ,so their voice was very clear ,they heard them .
L1- she is ishita na .
L2 - yeah , she is ishita only .
L3- I too is trying to recall this girl but cannot ,kaun hai ye.
L1- arey don't you remember that madrasi family iyers ,who came to live in Bhalla's neighborhood for some days .
L3 - arey haan ,she is their daughter na .
L2- humm .
L3 - but Raman has got divorce only a month back na and this ishita is looking very much pregnant ,kahin ..
L1- aur nahi to kya ,they must be having affair from earlier .
L2 - means they are in relationship from the time iyers lived here .
L3 - haan aur kya Thats why they were in so hurry for divorce .
The society ladies were busy in gossiping about ishra relationship while everything was audible to ishra , Raman held ishitas hands to console her while she nodded her head and spoke " I m ok ,as I know we have to face this one day , if we have done mistake then we have to face its consequences someday and seems that day is today only.
R- be strong ishita .
I- I m Raman ,but there are so many people we can't say anything .
R- yeah you are right ,let ma handle them .
That's when a lady asked " what type of function is this ,reception and baby shower ,shaadi se pahle bachcha ".
R- yeah aunty aisa hi hai ,shaadi mein sabko biwi milti hai mujhe bachche bhi mil rahe hain .
L1- bachche ? did she have more kids ?
R- no twins and both are mine .
A man from the crowd spoke " how can you say this so shamelessly , ek to chori ooper se sina jori ".
R- it was never chori as our parents know this from the day we come to know about our babies .
All looked at Bhalla's and iyers ,then a person told " what type of people you all are ,aap logo be hi samaaj ko ganda kar rakha hai .( you people had made society dirty by breaking society norms).
R- sorry to say but we didn't broke any society norms ,ishita was with her parents till now ,though me and my family was taking care of her . I know we had done wrong by violating society norms but we didn't do it intentionally , but it just happened as we both were emotionally broken and want someone's support . Most of you must be knowing about Ishita's medical condition but luckily god gifted her the most precious gift which she had never thought that she will get . and we don't have heart to kill our babies so we decided to continue ,may be this is wrong for you all but for us this is right . we had already suffered much in life and now wanna live a happy peaceful life . you people have come to our baby's shower ceremony ,I will request you all to bless my wife and my kids if you can but don't curse them as for you they are non but for me they are my life .
His eyes become teary listening to this , ishita held his hand firmly and asked " Raman are you ok ".
R- humm ,I m good .
Ishita noticed that Raman cannot speak more but people are still standing there as if they wanted to listen more , noticing so spoke " we had tried to rectify our mistake by marrying each other ,now its a request from you all please don't go from here being angry . bless us for a happy life and enjoy the party . hope that you will understand our plea and will not think bad about us anymore as we had opened our life in front of you all ."
Saying so she climbed down the stage slowly and made her way towards the restroom as she was not feeling good .
