We make kovaka thoran...

Cut it into small circular thin pieces...

Then to a pan add usual oil, cumin seed , small onion, ginger etc...add kovaka pieces to it...and a little chilly powder...

Then pour little water...

Have more kovakka recipes...if anybody wants...😆

I think parval is different...

Tinda n parval look alike but they have little diff in physical appearance and been in .taste.
