They went to the same school I think, or maybe junior college or something. My friend's brother studied there too. They aren't well-to-do/well-connected at all. RS is really well-to-do, but my point remains that studying/growing up around such people doesn't make YOU that.

@bold : He might want to meet them a lot, but they should also give time to meet him naa... as simple as that... also the context he used makes it pretty clear that he was talking about learning how to handle the fame and adulation... I doubt that Hema or Ahana, even if they met him, taught him all that...

He went to parties of rich and famous BW people - didn't greu up around famous people

He went to school where kids of rich and famous kids go - didn't grew up around famous people

He dated and made friends with rich and famous bw kids - didn't grew up around famous people

Why can't he just say that he wish he had a sugar daddy or a father like kjo instead of going round and round because all the above count as growing up around rich and famous for me or may be he should just stop convincing people of his outsider struggle which is debatable in many poeple's view.

Dont you know, Ahana was taking regular classes for him, on how to deal with fame and papparazzi, when they used to go on dates... Also Anil Kapoor was waiting outside RS's doors to teach him to behave once he gets his big break...

Ya, he was like every girl's fantasy in junior college and the girl that I was crazy about that time who is now married with a kid, so she, I was mad about her. It was a good four to five years that I was crazy over her. And then she finally broke up with me. It was in order to move onto a certain Aditya Roy Kapur.

So he dated her for 4-5 years before she moved on.

Nobody teaches anyone to deal with fame and adulation.. They do so on their own based on their instincts and observation.. Of course, RS seems to have done a shitty job at that

Anjs: LMAOO. Seriously. This supposed logic has never made any sense to me. I know so many people who went to the top schools & mixed in with well-to-do/political family kids but aren't like that AT ALL. Many of them dated & married some too. Again, they weren't so at the time. Just studying or growing up around such people is no surety. I mean what do you want from him, to keep boasting about how he studied with famous/well-to-do people and is related to Anil Kapoor & family who he met barely once a year?! 🤔 😆

Studying at the same place and being in friend circle/dating/partying etc is diff thing altogether ...it does teach you many things about the ways and life style etc etc of these people ( telling you by experience ) and that is called growing around these people in my opinion .

^^Ok that doesn't make sense to me. But ok, that's your opinion. I definitely do not believe being friendly/friends with such people would ensure that you would learn how to handle the trade. They were kids ATT, and didn't have such things on their mind. He seems to anyway have been doing..too many things (ahem ahem) att like dating 3 girls simultaneously, to chart out his future BW career.
