hotstar not working so seeing sonylive...caught up with weekly relive of YUDBH...IPK1 bua, khushi's father, Arnav's naani are all part of show... also murli from IPK3.

I get reminded of Barun again n again😃😳

perhaps all side actors get roles n series fast but once an actor becomes main lead, he has to do a long waiting. his character is immediately compared to his earlier one... I suppose Barun faces this issue the most.😕

And actually you're right... Barun faces this issue the most because he chooses to face it 😕... I don't know I feel its not always a tight script that makes a show work... like if you see for IPK1... the script was nothing more than a Mills and Boons story or like Cindrella one... and Barun himself said that once he got the call for the audition he didn't have any second thought... he just did it because he needed work whereas for IPK3 the script may have sounded good but the entire representation wasn't that good.

This is completely my opinion... I feel he's more choosy than needed when it comes to taking up roles... I mean there are so many actors who don't get a single role.. and when he gets it abhi toh why be so picky? If IPK3 was good for him being there only or for his acting then it can be for any other show as well!

You all may not agree with me but that's my point of view... No offence 😊

And yes, I agree with you... IPK1 plotwise wasn't any great big deal...and proves that a tight script alone does not make a show work...proof Rang rasiya... nice plot but no trp... they changed track and created nonsense of Puraane vale moments

also Barun should not get too picky about script n all... he cannot afford to... he needs a hit serial to wipe out the failure of IPK3...he can get into any show and make it a hit with his acting...like tanhaiyaan

Choosy that he has become now... And that's because if you consider Indian television, 90% shows are female oriented, ML didn't have to do that much acting, except at times... I guess that's why he is choosy... And he is totally against long running soaps, that also explains why he is being choosy... And IPK3 ka failure did wash away with the praises THMS had got.. He is not someone who will do anything he is being offered, but he will do what pleases him to do... And I think we should respect that also!
