Who, according to you, are the most desirable men and women in the country?

Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are among the most desirable men because they are very good-looking and terrific at their craft.

Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi also makes the list comfortably. Among women, it has to be Priyanka Chopra because she has played a significant role in putting us even more firmly on the global map.

What qualities in a man make him desirable?

For me, his etiquette and behavior towards women matter the most. Also, if a man shows disrespect towards those who are not powerful/well-equipped enough to help him, that is a big turn off.

How has Vadodara, your hometown, contributed in your journey?

I think the entire credit goes to my hometown, yaar! Whatever you learn in your childhood shapes your personality for the rest of your life and my school as well as college days spent in Vadodara were instrumental in making me the person that I am today. Had I not won that Miss University pageant and gone on to represent the city at the national level, I may have never thought of becoming an actress. . I was the runner-up at the national level and that was a huge source of encouragement.

How do you look back at your journey on TV so far? And what kind of roles are on your wish-list for the future?

It has been six eventful years, and I have enjoyed every moment of it. What I really love is that even people from my first show are still in touch with me, and they feel proud of my achievements. I really cherish these relationships and when my former colleagues/producers tell me that they love the kind of person that I have grown into, it means a lot. The show Havan was a crucial one because had that not happened, I might have opted to go to the USA for higher studies. At that point, I had no clue about how the industry works. I have learnt a lot with every role and tried to become a better actor. An actor must be greedy and there are a lot of roles that I would love to play, something like a Bajirao Mastani or a horror film, which I haven't tried before. I would also love to play a negative role. And if there is a singing reality show for celebs, I would be eager to participate. I had participated in Indian Idol 3 but left it midway due to board exams.
