guys i checked jab login karti hoon tabhi problem aati hai sign out k baad normal size aa ra hai

i mean when i loginto youtube then only problem is appearing when i sign out it comes to in normal size...why this happening , plz some one explain.

i did all but its not helping , when i login in youtube then only problem appear otherwise video size is normal ...as soon as i login size get short wen i signout size get normal

if someone is good with these laptop , net ,google thing plz try to help me.
