Why he won't? Bhai uske toh paise kyun nahi accept karsakta. All together can do business. OmRu can invest and shivaay can handle other aspects.

Yes! In precap shakti said one oberoi's sign is required. 😆 Ek whole family ka decision one member ke sign se hojayega. What if rudy signed unknowingly? Is Abhay also considered oberoi holding that power?😆 Plot convenience ke hisaab se kuch bhi dikhate hai.

I have only one question - Generally, when is a property put for auction? I thought it is auctioned, only when there are so much debts and liabilities. If thats the case, does that mean, Oberois have so much debt? I am just confused.

Exactly. When you get loan from bank or any financial institution mortgaging house, money is not repaid its auctioned. By one sign probably you can sell the house but not auction. But here govt officials were there for auction. Isme Veer ka kya kaam hai? 😆 Why can't veer just own it like anika did in separation track?
