I dunno whether Gauri was over smart, but Om was definitely dumbed down in DBO.

Its like he was a robot who would only frown and faint.

Thank god, after the angry phase got over, he had much more character to him.

I just watched this, and realized anew how much I love Gauri!! 😭

Like even though this VM is inspired by Padmavati story, this is Gauri's story as well.

How an evil powerful man, Kali Thakur, who was the sorta don of Bareilly tried his best to possess her, and how she singlehandedly defeated him, with her bravery and wit! ⭐️

DBO was Gauri's story and she was the hero of the story, defeating villains all around.

Also, I know we as fans get disappointed that Shrenu is not getting her due, but in 5 months of DBO Shrenu got to portray so many different shades and her acting prowess, which some actors are not able to showcase for years.

A good actor makes their presence felt in one scene itself, and this VM which is of 1 minute showed us how much of a good actor Shrenu is. 👏

Major applause to Kriti for making such a stunning VM. 👏

God! I came back and the AT has moved over some 15 pages.

@bold: Yes! The only good thing about DBO was that it gave us a superhero like Gauri, who was human and did shed tears, but yet got up again the next day and defeated all her enemies, singlehandedly.

Its so easy to underestimate a 5th pass girl, from a small town, who looked fragile. But everyone who underestimated her, payed the price.

I've seen three 4 Lions shows, IPK, QH and IB/DBO, and of all the female characters, Gauri is the most courageous and clever.

Thats why Gauri (and Zoya) are my fave characters from 4Lions ever!

Gauri Kumari Ssarma toh is a Rani! ⭐️
