Nisha,we have the first story from you where the interaction between the prospective groom and bride is minimal. It's the first instance where they know zilch of the other, there's no sexual awareness of the other. This is a raw relation that's got to be built from the scratch. For me, where he acknowledges that she is chandan's Teeku Masi was good enough for me. It was also funny when he said that ok, I will do it but please don't expect me to be like how bhaiyyas are to to their wives. Ha Ha. We will wait to see about that Mr. Harit Vaidya. The irony is she going blindfold in to this, that...it's what Avantika desired as at least outward attributes of her expectations of a man she would like in a life partner is what she is getting is not known to her yet . There are enough reasons to make a marriage work and there are equally enough no of reasons to let it go but there can be no disputing the fact that a marriage whether it's love or an arranged one, they demand the same level of commitment as the other.

Arranged marriage-25 years ago, a good percentage of Indian marriages were arranged. Sometimes very little time to get to know each other. Majority of them were successful. 2018 - we see living together, love marriages or arranged marriages with a lot of interactions!

Our main characters with their strong personalities and preconceived notions of each other are going to be wedded soon. Given they have a common goal of Chandan happiness, let's see how they make this arrangement' work. I'm pretty sure this will work out well with Harit and Avantika eventually. But waiting to see the ride that will take us to the destination.

Laundry not done, lunch not done , breakfast with Maggi noodles 😆 but very surely waiting for a Sunday treat like the treat we had yesterday. I'm hoping that Nisha soon starts have her sugar withdrawal symptoms 😆

I HAD nothing at home that did not contain sugar in some form or another.

So I dropped off the kid that had a sleepover last night

Went and got my nails done😳

Bought a bunch of healthy things to keep my resolve going

I ACTUALLY BOUGHT sugar free raspberry preserves, for the first time ever in my life.

I bought carrots, laughing cow cheese, usual veggies for subzi etc

Today is day 5 and I am still doing it

Let's see if I am able to do it another 16 days to make it three weeks
