i still have dbts on the dagger...in the initial episodes vyoom had a dream about saranya getting stabbed and saranya had visions os blood dripping!!! which is pretty unclear...cz such a scene was never repeated...

vyoom being a psyco always...he gets angry if anyone utters anything in a different tone to saranya...So is the love story between them can be a creation of his mind!! and he myt have got the biggest shock of his life at kapali hills( the yellow dress saranya) when shiv comes there,there on the story would have started!!...

vyoom myt have done a suicide drama even b4 with the dagger...and in the tussle he got stabbed...

im pretty sure vyoom was not in the car at the time of accident!!

saranya must have realized that rajan is tricking her..then she would have written that letter to her dad...she must have been under scanner hence the letter not phone!

Even I m thinking the same BB had stabbed himself or during fighting with Shiv or Sahranya he might enjured. or he was trying to emotionally black mail Sharanya. we have seen he can go at extent for her. Don't think BB was with Sharanya during accident these are cooked up stories of him.
