Hello friends back with new update .
Part 4
Raman took the lady to his cabin ,both settled in their places . The moment Raman sat in his chair ,he asked curiously " who are you and what happened to ishita .why she is this state .".
" I m vandita balachandran ,Ishita's cousin " said the lady .
R- how do you know me .
V- because ishu always talks about you, her days starts from you and ends with you .She was my little sister but we were more than friends than sisters , ishu use to share everything with me. she told me about you ,your friendship and that letter . she loved you so much that even though you didn't answered her letter ,but still she couldn't stop loving you and was waiting for you till four months ago .
R- what happened four months ago ,why ish is in this state .
V- its also because of her deep love for you .
R- I didn't get you .
V- Ishu has grown up ,has achieved her goal by become successful psychratist ...
She was yet to complete while Raman asked shockingly " ishita is a psychratist".
V- yeah,she was doctor in this hospital only .
Raman felt bad thinking the girl who was once a doctor in this hospital is now herself a patient here . He looked at vandu and asked " what had happened with her ."
V- After coming from Mumbai ,she was too sad and gloomy as you didn't answered to her letter ,leave the answer you didn't even came to meet her before she left .
R- but I had send her message that I went for a two days trip with my friends .
V- that doesn't matters as her appa went to bring her in those two days .
R- I never know that she will be returning so soon as we had planned a weekend trip to lonavala with all out group member and ish was also a part of that .
V- but one of our cousins marriage was nearing so uncle sent to bring her Lil early .
Raman made a dirty face listening to her and murmured " don't know what was so hurry ,kuch din chod nshi sakte the ".
V- had you said something .
R- no ,actually it was my mistake I was about to read the letter but same time my friends entered the room and I absent mindedly kept her in the diary without seeing it . After that I searched the letter everywhere but never found it ,that's why I couldn't come to her as I never know that she loves me .
V- and here she was thinking that you don't love her . Poor ishu was in very bad state when she came here ,she was always lost in her thoughts ,never talk much to anyone . One day I asked her about her behavior and she shared everything to me . I then convinced her complete her study and goal of her life . She has already done her MBBS with you ,then she did masters in mental health then she did PhD in same field and had joined this hospital about two years back . She was happy in life as she has achieved her goal and was now doing her job successfully but she still loves you ,she was waiting for you with the hope that someday you will come back . I must say she knows you very well ,ishu always says that you are very much careless and must had not read the letter but I never believed her ,rather I always badmouthed you and we end up with fight.
R- my ish ,if she knows me so well ,why didn't she called me ever .
V- because she was scared of rejection. ishu always says that she can live, waiting for you for her whole life but will die the day if you rejects her .
Ramans eyes were full of tears ,he was going on cursing himself while vandu continued " everything was going nicely till last year .
R; till last year ?
V- humm ,the hospital has organized a function on the opening of that new wing (she said showing the new building ) in which many bureaucrats , politicians and big people where invited . As ishu was talented girl she had performed a dance . Prateek ,son of one of the bureaucrat liked ishita very much in that ,he went to ishu and talked dirty things with her . Ishita got angry and slapped him .Thats it ,after that he started bothering her everyday everywhere.
Raman got angry and asked " where is he now ."
V- let me complete .Some days passed ishita ignored him but when it went overboard she told this to her parents . Uncle too her to police station and filed and fIR against him . Knowing that they have filed the FIR prateek got angry and went to their house with some of his goons .He tried to misbehave to Ishita in front of her parents ,uncle tried to oppose and fight against him ,but one of his men stabbed uncle and aunty . Ishita was helpless seeing her parents fighting for her life . Prateek was smirking looking to her parents when Ishita hit him with the big flower vase and ran upstairs ,his man followed her but before they reach she jumped from the terrace .We all were in out house and ran to her house listening to her scream ,we saw her in pool of blood ,then went inside and saw blood everywhere , ishita was unconscious , uncle and aunty were fighting for their life while prateek was dead .All were rushed to hospital but her parents died on the way while ishita was still breathing . She was in ICU for many days and when she came back in senses she was not recognizing any of us . Doctor told that because of the incident ,seeing so much blood ,fighting and witnessing deaths in front of her ,and finally due to head injury she has lost her mental balance . We wanted to take her with us but she didn't came as she was scared from Everybody .The doctor suggested to keep her here itself as this hospital is known to her ,more over the people over here likes her very much ,she is familiar to Everybody here . Thinking its right we all left her here but tere is no improvement in her health from them to now. Even she has never responded me. Amma appa and some of our relatives too visit her but she never ever responded anyone or hadn't spoke any word till now .
Both were in tears till now but after sometimes Raman wiped his tears and spoke " I cannot make changes in past but will now fix everything ."
V- how ,yeah I forget to ask you ,how come you are here .
R- I too is a well known psychiatrist and has come to attend a conference and to visit this hospital as visiting doctor . They had called me to treat some critical cases ,never thought that I will find my ish in this state . Vandita I promise I will treat ishita and will bring the old ishita back .
V- had they called you to treat her .
R- no but I wanna take Ishita with me ,now she will not live like a patient in this hospital but in my home.
V- I didn't get you ,how will you do this .
R- as a doctor ,I have right to take ishita to my hospital with me but I don't want to leave her in hospital . I will take her to my home as my wife .
V- what !!
R- yeah ,I will marry her and will take her to my house ,there itself I will treat her slowly ,with medicine and my love .
V- but she didn't remember you ,how will be your further life .
R- koi nahi ,till now she has waited for me ,from now I will wait for her ,till her recovery . why only she will suffer when we both fall in love ,she has gone through her share of sufferings and now its my turn .Vandita ,I really love her and can't see like this .will you help me .?
Vandita nodded while Raman took and deep breath and wiped his tears again .
They were still talking when the attendant informed that Ishita is wake . They both ran down to see her ,while ishita was again sitting in same position , folded her legs till her chest resting her face on them ,looking towards the entrance .
Vandu and Raman reached to ishita ,but she didn't reacted ,rather she was still looking at the same direction . They tried to talk to her but she was all silent ,vandita and Raman saw each other with tear filled eyes while Raman assured that soon ishita will be normal . They talked for some more time but ishita didn't reacted ,then vandita went from there as visitor time was over . But Raman stayed with ishita , he talked to the CMO of hospital for taking ishita with himself but he denied saying he cannot send any patient out of hospital with some random person ,may be if he is a Doctor.
Raman stays for long with Ishita ,talked to her about their friendship and past life ,she was just listening to him without reacting . At last he went from there in late night after feeding and making her sleep .
