Here for Christmas Eve party guess what yesterday I am asked to make!! A veggie pie like this one!!

And for desserts, I have to make those oreo cream cheese chocolate dipped nut sprinkled balls that I make!! Last time I made regular milk chocolate dipped, white chocolate dipped and butterscotch dipped sprinkled with different nuts! So the orders were placed yesterday! 🤔😃

And Lashy I agree those chocolate ladoos looked yummy and delicious!

Thanks Selvi!. Ok - It is Carmel-by-the-Sea which is close to San Jose. I have Route 1 along the Pacific Highway on my list to see/do/drive from Vancouver in next 2-3 years. Cookly cookly making a note of it. 😆😆

I have driven this coastline so many times!! And Clint Eastwood was a mayor once of Carmel! 😃 All those towns along the Highway 1 are so picturesque, typical beach boutique towns!! 😃

Btw, where is Aparna? Has she left for India already? Have not seen her for a week now.
