Why is everyone obsessed with Arshi's brand of clothes and makeup abd Shilpa's spinsterhood?

Wo koi b brand pehene tera kya jara hai Bandagi. Teri harkato se tere dad hospital me hai. Aur Shilpa zindagi bhar akeli rahe tere ko kya Puneesh at least teri tarah shadi karke kisi ka jeevan barbad na kiya.
