Jia is impatient because she wants to take revenge from Nisha as early as possible but Arjun is totally destroying her hopes. And moreover she is not getting her love back.
But by the time it will definitely progress. And she will patiently handle him.

i agree with everything except for the arjun being completely different than adi. yes he is different than adi in his mannerisms but he did help jhanvi a lot when he was disguised as sardar. it seems as if jia's presence brings out the adi in him. he even felt that and said that during one of his inner monologues while he was helping her. my point is because of his lack of memories, i dont think we will be seeing him like how he was as adi for a while. atleast no until he falls for jhanvi. their nok jhok has already started but jhanvi's focus is too much on nisha and i think that will also delay their love track unless the writers can get more creative and balance revenge and love track. but one thing i am completely sure of is that jhanvi wont be able to win this battle alone. she is going to need arjun /adi with her. even before it was adi who understood nisha best and knew how to tackle her.

i can draw a parallel here with another show which had almost exactly this type of track. it another zee show called banoo main teri dulhann where both leads are killed and reincarnated and the male lead didnt remember anything for a while and he was completely different in his mannerisms than his previous reincarnation.
