True, Saanjh was agitated & was rushing to meet him but she did not suspect him for any misbehavior!
She only blamed his foolishness & even a certain soft corner for Maya when Ayaan left with Aarohi! But she never suspected that he would cheat her!
If so, she would not have brought Maya to their house or even let Arjun break Maya's KC vrat by giving water, etc!

Doing that on purpose to save life and giving false hopes to maya. Faking that he and Saanjh are over, so that Maya put her guards down. Saanjun plan maybe to fulfill their selfish motive aka baby.

if saanjh does not trust him during this period, there is no difference left between her and maya.

But after killing Maya he becomes a murderer & that was the very reason Sanjh had stopped him from killing Maya . How will they explain to police that they have been hiding a criminal in their home for a year cuz of their selfish interest ? In the eyes of law Arjun is a murderer & saanjh suman & jhanvi become accomplices who were hiding a criminal in their home . Law wont see that since Saajeswari fancies a child desperately she was hiding a criminal. Thats the job of Arjun Suman & Jhanvi of seeing to Devi's fancies not the law's
