IMO, comparing Sakshi to Chander is an insult to the latter!
As Preet points out, Chander is bad inside and outside. He speaks his mind.
But Sakshi is a double crossing bitch. Always intent on stabbing at the back.

True. But he does not con his victims. His victims know they are targeted. Not that it's any plus point in a person's character, but still I would say Chander has got more character than Sakshi.
Coming to think of it, do you think Chander has actually fallen in "love" with Preet? Is it possible that his love for her can actually bring out the good in him?
Will he become a "good" person?
In real life no, but in the soap?
