PART 14
Ishita was tied on a chair, her hands and legs were tied tightly while a cloth was on her mouth and eyes to restraining her to even shout or see anything. She was trying hard to loosen the rope but everytime she is trying to loosen someone was tightening the knots making her realise that someone is keeping an eye on her.
She was struggling hard when she heard someone saying -dont even try to loosen the hold, coz u r not going to get anything. We r here to kept u tied, chup chap baithi reh or else we will shot u dead. He said and laughed making ishita scared but she ignored him and started trying again to release herself.
The man was about to say something else when his phone rang, he picked it and said -yes sir, we have kidnapped her. Don't worry, woh kahin nahi jayegi. Kahin jaane hi nahi denge hum isse,aap nischint rahiye. He said and hung the call .
Then he turned to his men and said -sir has called, he told us to keep an eye on her, unhone kaha unke bete ki patti khul gayi hai, now he can see, yeh ladki kisi bhi keemat par nahi pahunchni chahiye. He said making ishita smile hearing this.
Ishita -mere Raman thik ho gaye, he can see. Now he can see everything, sab kuch dekh payenge woh. Now he will not feel sad thinking he is disable. Ab unko koi takleef nahi rahengi, I am really very happy. Thank u matarani for making my Raman fine. She was thinking and thanking the almighty when her mind went on the second piece of information and got, that raman's father kidnapped her, Mr bhalla kidnapped her.
Ishita -iska Matlab papa ji has kidnapped me, but why, unhe kya milega mujhe kidnap karwa ke. Aakhir kya chahte hai woh mujhse.she was thinking when someone removed cloth from her mouth and said -khana kha lo.
Ishita start shouting for help as soon as her mouth was open only to get slapped from a guy. She fell down along with chair and blood start oozing out of her mouth.
A man make her sit and slapped her again and again making her cry loud.
Ishita -please mujhe jaane do, mujhe jaana hai. Maine kya bigada hai tumhara, please mujhe jaane do. She said crying.
Man -tune toh hamara kuch nahi bigada hai but we have got money to keep u with us. So we r just doing for which we r being paid. So it's better if u stop ur melodrama coz we really don't like crying girls, balki hume ladkiyon ko rulana achcha lagta hai. I hope u r understanding, he said and laughed hard making ishita scared to wits.
The man removed the cloths from her eyes and said making her look around -dekh kitne saare hai hum yahan, total nine in count. Soch tera kya haal hoga if we all start using u one by one. He said making ishita scared more.
Ishita -nahi please mere saath kuch mat Karna. Main kisi ko biwi hoon. She said in almost broken voice.
The men laughed and said -hume kya, tu kisi ki bhi biwi ho. Hum kisi ke saath kuch bhi kar sakte hai. But now we will not do anything to u. Kyunki hume sirf tujhe kidnap karne ka order mila hai and we have to keep u fine till his next order. Iss liye keh raha hoon chup chap reh aur khana kha le, kyunki agar hume gussa aa gaya toh hum nahi jaante hum kya karenge.samjhi tu.He said making ishita scared ,she just nodded and said -ok main nahi chillaungi, but please don't close my mouth and eyes, it's really suffocating. Main saans bhi nahi le paa rahi hoon. She said making everyone look at each other, all agreed to this and said -ok we will not tie it mouth and eyes, but u have to eat ur food silently and then sit silently. Humlog ko awaaz nahi chahiye.
Ishita nodded and had the food slowly, then she closed her eyes thinking ways to escape from there.she was thinking ways to ran away and reach to her raman. She was very excited to see him looking at her, but then she thought will he able to trust her.
Ishita -haan kyun nahi, main biwi hoon unki. He must be waiting for me, infact he must be worried for me. Itne der se mein unke paas nahi hoon, he must be very tensed. I will go to him and will tell him that what his papa did to me, par kya woh mujhpe vishwas karenge. Haan kyun nahi karenge I am his jaan. She was thinking and fighting within herself not able to decide what is stored for her in future but the most important question which is bothering her again and again that why Mr bhalla kidnapped her and what he is planning.
Soon time start passing, all the men were busy in drinking and playing cards. They had their dinner and all start sleeping one by one.
Ishita was waiting for them to sleep and when they slept she start struggling again to loosen the knots. She struggled for nearly an hour and could finally loosen the knot. She took out one hand out of the knot. Her hand has started bleeding due to the constant struggling. She released herself in a jiffy and start walking when her anklet's voice make one men stir in sleep. She got alert and took out her anklet and bangles too to avoid the noise. She went to the door but it was locked .she look around any other way to go out but nothing was there. She was looking around and saw a window which was half opened. She reached to the window and tried to get out from the half opened window and in the process her anklet fall off her hand making a huge sound in the silence making the one of the goon wake up. He saw ishita and shouted -utho Sab koi, woh bhaag rahi hai.
Everyone got up hearing his voice and the boss among them shouted -pakdo usse jaane naa paaye. He said and all went behind her but she was fast enough to get out of the window. She looked around not able to recognise the place and start running in a direction not knowing where to go. Goons too came and start chasing her. Ishita was running with all her might while goons were chasing her but couldn't catch her as she was hiding here and there.
Two hours passed like this, ishita was running for her life as goons were still behind her in the mid of the night. She was trying to hide here and there to get escaped by them. In this tense situation also, all she could think was off Raman.
Ishita -chal ishu, u have to reach to ur raman. He must be waiting for u. Mujhe apne kareeb naa paa kar kitne pareshan honge. I have to reach him at any cost. She thought and again start running to reach the clinic asap.
After an hour, at five in morning ishita anyhow reached the clinic and smiled that finally she can meet her raman but got confused seeing the huge crowd infront of the clinic at this time. But at this point of time, she was all concerned about Raman. So she ignored the crowd and went inside and got shocked to see the scene infront of her.
Mr bhalla has called the media and was proudly introducing raman and Shagun to the media, telling them that after hard work of his daughter in law, Shagun, Raman got his eyes back.
Ishita's eyes got filled hearing this but she was sure that raman will certainly tell everyone the truth but she got the blow of the life seeing raman standing next to Shagun smiling while shagun was holding his hand flaunting herself infront of the media.
Ishita's eyes got filled seeing raman with Shagun. Like everything ended for her, her life, her love, her every sacrifice became of no use as she is not no-one to raman. She was looking at Raman trying to see a single line of worry on his face but to her he seems to be happy. Mr bhalla was proudly presenting his son with his daughter in law and busy in answering the media while Ishita's world has crashed down. She start stepping back not able to see her love, her raman with someone else. Soon she was out of the crowd on the road walking back, her mind has become numb, she was not able to react or understand anything when she saw the goons coming to her saying, woh rahi, pakdo usse, Isse pehle ki woh ander chalo jaaye.
Ishita just stand there as she don't want to run away more as it was off no use, she don't want to live anymore, she was standing in the mid of the road waiting for the goons when a truck came out of nowhere and banged into ishita making her throw in the corner. She saw someone coming to her and asking is she OK and slowly she looses her conscious.
Author's note -here I end ishita's flashback, now the story will be in present.
Ishita was still in bed while her eyes were filled remembering the happenings of her life.
Ishita -uss din sab kuch khatam ho gaya, man khatam ho gayi. I didn't even know who saved me that day or who brought me to the hospital, but when I opened my eyes from my deep sleep. I found myself in a govt hospital .i look around to find u Raman but Aap Kahin nahi the. I was alone and hurt, mere sar par chot lagi thi and I was in hospital since a week, wasn't understanding how to console myself. How to make myself understand ki mera sabse bhayanak sapna sach ho chuka tha,main aapki zindagi se baahar jaa chuki thi. Koi wajood nahi tha mera aapki zindagi mein. I was just no-one. I was lost and helpless, I remember how I have cried uncontrollably seeing ur pic in the newspaper with ur family in the inauguration of the flyover, Jahan aap the, aapke maa papa the, Shagun thi, par mere liye koi jagah nahi thi, aapki jaan ke liye koi jagah nahi thi, naa uss family photo mein aur naa hi aapki zindagi mein. Sirf main hi jaanti hoon how I have survived in these days without u, bas itna nahi jaanti ki kyun zinda hoon. Shayad aapko aapke apno ke saath khush dekhne ke liye yaa phir shayad kyunki aaj bhi ek umeed hai that some day may be he will come to me. Aaj pure ek mahine ho gaye hume bichde hue and when I have started thinking that now we have something in between to bind us, I got the biggest news of my life that I am pregnant, yes Raman I am pregnant with ur baby, par samajh nahi aa raha khush hoon yaa dukhi. Khush houn ki main maa banne wali hoon, yaa dukhi houn ki aap nahi ho mere paas, kyun nahi ho raman, kyun nahi pehchaan paaye aap apni jaan ko. Kya itna halka tha hamara pyaar ki aap sirf mujhe Shagun naam se jaante the, meri saanson se nahi, meri dhadkan se nahi. Aapne kaha tha mujhe ki aap mujhe meri dhadkan se pehchaan lenge, toh kyun nahi pehchaan paaye aap raman. Kyun Shagun ko apna bana liya, kyun nahi dhoondh paaye aap mujhe raman, kyun. She said and start crying remembering Raman.
