CHAPTER-7
They reached the hotel, it was late at night. Shaurya came out of the car and went to Mehak's door to open it. He opened the door and tried to wake her up "Mehak get up he was patting her cheek, she was turning her head from one side to the other still drunk she was suddenly she opened her eyes "Where am i? and she looked at him afraid Oh no monster has kidnapped me and now I will be his meal He sighed and tried to touch her "No don't touch me she reiterated back in her seat. "Don't do this Mehak he tried to touch her again to get her out but she pushed his hands away. He couldn't take it anymore and grabbed her and pulled her out of the car and made her stand up straight, she was frightened looking at him "See now you have made this monster angry, now if you don't do as I say I will kill you here now, Mehak shivered "No please don't do that, I will do as you say, Shaurya made himself look very angry and asked her to follow him, she was still drunk and stumbled while following him, he looked back and sighed and in an instant lifted her in his arms, she was about to shout when she looked at him who was giving her an angry look and not to shout, she shut her mouth right away "Good girl he said to her. He didn't know where her room was and at that time he wished he had known more about his employees, but this night he has to take her to his room. He was in front of his room, he put her down holding her by one hand not trusting her that she will run away. He opened the door by swiping his keycard and the door opened. He took her inside, she was not looking him in the eyes afraid of him, she went to the other side of the room and looked up at him terrified. He didn't know how he will handle her, he looked at her and walked towards her, she was not moving and not looking up at him "Don't come near me she said, "Why? he asked, "you are a monster stay away from me or else, "Else what? he asked in a tone as if he wanted her to say something wicked. "Else I will jump on your bed, and sleep on it, that was not the answer he expected, he chuckled trying not to break into laughter in front of her maintain his angry look "Go ahead he said while coming very close to her, she couldn't take it anymore and ran by his side to his bed and started jumping , he couldn't control his laughter looking at her antics when suddenly she stopped starting to feel nauseous, he came to her quickly not wanting her to vomit on his bed and took her to the washroom and got out. He could her vomiting. When she was done he went in and made her wash her hands and mouth. She tried to get out but she felt dizzy, he lifted her and took her out of the washroom, she was getting unconscious, he gently placed her on the bed, adjusting her head on the pillow, she passed out, he sat beside the bed looking at her thinking to himself if she was the most innocent person he ever met. He got up and laid beside her on the other side trying to sleep while looking at her, her face was turned to the other side he got up and turned her around so that she is facing him, he kept looking at her and dozed off.
Anna reached the hotel and tried to contact her but her she was not picking up, her cell phone was on vibration in her purse which she threw away in the room behind sofa. Anna was worried about her she couldn't ask someone here of a hotel employee being in a guest's room that would be too embarrassing but she knew she was with Shaurya and she didn't feel like he was a wrong person specially the way he helped them at the bar by punching that guy but she still couldn't let go of thinking about how she is? "Please God protect her. She went to her room.
Back in Paris
End of the month was approaching. Mehak had already paid the landlord this month's rent in advance, they didn't have enough money to pay up the next one. Earlier job of Mehak used to pay her well where they just managed to pay the rent, she would work at night to cover up the bills, her medicines and other expenses. Meera hated herself for the fact that her only child who should have all the luxuries in the world and be treated like a princess and she was stuck here in this trap life has set for her,it can be very cruel at times. Ever since her father has passed away there wasn't a single day where she didn't have to work for the things she wanted. While Meera used to work Mehak would be at her neighbor Danielle's home a woman who was like an aunt to her, but nothing can replace mother's love and care and she was deprived of that as well and ever since she was of age where she could feel how her mother has to work to pay all their expenses she started to work, used to pay all her college fees with a partial scholarship which was later converted to a full one. And then she got sick and Mehak had to take extra care of her and had more expenses to deal with. Meera was in her thoughts when suddenly the doorbell rang. She came back from her thoughts and went to open the door. It was the landlord. Meera was surprised to see him, she invited him to come in. He didn't sit down and came straight to talk about what he came for "Mrs.Sharma you have to leave this house by the end of this month. Meera was stunned hearing that "Wait what? But why? We have been here for so long why suddenly you are kicking us out?. Landlord knew their situation and felt bad but he didn't have any choice "This property is not only mine, but my brothers as well and now they want to sell their share in it, nothing much I can do. He looked away while Meera was contemplating what he was saying. She spoke after a while "So how do you expect me to find a place that soon, you know how property is these days, me and my daughter hardly managed to pay this rent and knowing other places whose rent are more than here how will we manage? He gave her a look and spoke "I will give you an agent's number. He is the best broker in town, will find you a place in any range. He gave her his agency card and went away. She didn't know what to do now? Call Mehak and tell her? No she will be worried then, she already has suffered a lot I will manage this on my own. She went out of her house while still trying to think of what to do? Try calling this agent perhaps? She came out of her house, Danielle was passing by who greeted her and then noticed her sad expression "Whats wrong Meera? Why are you looking sad?. Meera didn't want to trouble her but she was the only one besides Mehak she considered as her own "My landlord just told to leave the house by the end of this month. Danielle was shocked and surprised upon hearing it and asked her the reason which Meera told her "Oh I see so what are you going to do now dear? Perhaps you should tell Mehak? Meera answered in a haste "No no I will not trouble my child again she will be very worried then. "Ok don't tell her I know you mother and daughter for so long, one trying to not tell the other of things which might worry or upset the other no matter how worse the situation is. Meera looked at the ground upset not knowing what to say anymore "I will figure something out, "Its not that easy finding some other place in this big city, prices are going up day by day, let me help you Danielle said. "No Danielle you have done so many things for us for which I am grateful to you for, I can't ask for anything of you again Meera said in a sad tone. "Don't be like that Meera, it's like you are making me a stranger while all this time we have been here living side by side, I always considered you to be my family and I hope you did too Danielle said. "Of course I did you are the only one besides Mehak who I consider as a family Meera. "Ok then as a family member let me help you in this situation. Meera gave in and smiled at her "Ok Danielle, "Alright so you have stopped working ever since you got sick and now you are healthy and looking for work again, well I have a perfect place where you can stay as well as work, Meera liked the prospect of working and also getting accommodation "Where is it?, "It's a big mansion, my relative Ella works there as a servant, they want a chef and I think you are perfect for it and they will also give you stay. Danielle answered, Meera hadn't worked as a cook in someone's home before but situation was such she had to accept this else she would be homeless "Ok Danielle I will work there just tell me when should I go there. Danielle was happy for her that she decided to work there and told her that they will be going there tomorrow "Well let's have dinner we will go there tomorrow

Mehak was asleep in Shaurya's arms and he decides to not wake her up because the sooner she's awake the sooner she will probably try to get away from him. That's what happens every time. After a few minutes of just watching their chests rise and fall he feels her begin to stir next to him. He turn on his side and face Mehak and she slowly opens his eyes. "Someone's tired" he whisper and her face breaks into a small smile. "You fell asleep first, Shaurya" she says and he roll his eyes. She starts to get up but he gently grab her arm, she looks back at him. "Don't go" he breathe and she looks back at him with a look of surprise. He feel himself redden as he realise that he probably sound desperate and silly. "I'm not going anywhere" she replies before going towards a shelf at the back of the hotel room. "I was just grabbing you, this" She says turning around with a blanket and slowly wrapping it around them.
He pauses when his lips are millimetres away from hers and their eyes meet. Slowly his gaze moves to her lips and before she knew it, he pressed his lips against hers, in a soft and gentle kiss. She responds kissing him back and he wraps his arm around her waist pulling her closer to him. The kiss quickly becomes heated, his arms running up and down her back while she straddle him. They stop kissing after a while to get some air, Mehak eyes still shut, Shaurya looking at her in her disheveled state admiring the beauty in front of her. She opens her eyes and he smiles before running his thumb on her lips looking into her eyes with a look that can consume any girl indicating that she belongs to him. He quickly hoists her up onto his waist and carries her to the bed not breaking eye contact with her and places her gently on the bed and start to leave a trail of kisses on her face, lips and down her neck. She couldn't handle his torture anymore and pushes him on the bed and tries to run away to the bathroom sensing that she wouldn't be able to resist him and might go all the way. He is surprised by her sudden reaction and tries to go after her "Where are you going, we were just getting started, wait you can leave me with blue balls not now Meh...
It was morning and Mehak felt her head heavy trying to get up she opened her eyes looking at Shaurya sleeping besides her talking to himself sleeping, she shouted. Shaurya got up tumbling off the bed "What what what happened?
