Maybe looks do matter after all!
In fact, I can't believe that Manu, Sartaj, Preet before marriage and Preet after marriage are played by the same actress 😆

I would say, it's a shame on the CVs for wasting a fine actress like Farnaz and converting her into a stereotype FL.

Indeed now she is just like any girl in a serial with make-up and all that. But before that, I cannot say much if she has done anything smart enough just like the child Preet used to do. Playing Sartaj and entering the Bajwa house was something but Raj was there with her. Does anyone think the way Preet exposed her true identity to Raj was pretty ridiculous? The way I saw it, it was really unnecessary. There was fire all around and Amrit was lying there. So Preet takes off her turban in front of Raj, but why? She just waved that cloth around Amrit which was pretty stupid thing to do at that situation. Raj did the right thing by carrying Amrit out of the place. So that's a place where I think Preet has really stopped being smart after the leap. More importantly, she should have kept her hair short just like child-Preet used to if her identity was to be a secret. I think the identity should have been revealed right after Deena's death. Amba would have been punished at that time as well but that would have been the proper time.

I really hope she's not gonna have eye makeup on when she's actually onscreen. That'd be kinda dumb.

She took off her turban with an intention of extinguishing the fire which was getting too close to Amrit. She could have just removed her jacket, but that wouldn't have helped much. Raj would have still got to know she's a girl!
And the way she made Mohini go to Ahuja instead of Pahuja and Mohini's Naagin dance was hilarious!
But I can't compare child Manu with adult Manu because I don't know the child Manu.
But I would prefer watching Manu Pawania to Preet Bajwa. Any day!
