Mallu- you need to save topaz folder in your PS folder, Filters I guess. You can see online how to install! Did you do all that? Only then it will open in your PS.
Swathy- You can find tutorials online! You can make textures in various ways, one way can be trying different brushes maybe, not my dept though.

oh that I didn't do it, I just left it as an individual folder after installing, yes I did see steps on google for topaz but no where it says to save the filter in ps folder, will do that now see if it works.

- Sharpen/blur- reduce number of frames- resize- colorOr - sharpen- color- reduce frame and size. Whatever it is sharpen should be first.There is actually no way to lessen grains during stack. You have to keep that in mind there is already colors+ previous grain during saving. Just lower number of frame, keep it small size and alternate between pattern/noise/diffusion. Sometimes noise looks better than pattern.
