I believe that emotions are very raw way of expressing feelings. Logic and justification have nothing to do with it as it is not in your control.

Don't hide and suppress your emotion because u r not able to justify yourself as why u feeling that way. It is the way to get over it but if you keep hiding it in ur heart than it do much more damage.
