I know Gauri will definitely suffer a miscarriage. On would've been too attached with his kid. Gauri will not say anything but will make it look like Bua Maa is the reason behind her miscarriage. Om will lose his cool with Bua Maa. BuaMaa in frustration reveal how could she kill the baby when she dud all the stuff just to have their baby. Or something like that.
