More than Additi character its Ankit's character that scares me. Shivika wont fall for anyone else. Pinky will be a shivaay-additi shipper and Additi might be obsessed with him but at least we know that she is negative. Shivaay will treat her like how he treated Tia, even try to make Annika jealous. And Shivaay wont be wrong because he isnt the one who sabotaged the marriage

See this show is going much like one of EK's show where the leads were separated post leap..ML ended up living with a possessive vamp who did everything possible to keep FL away.. FL was founded by another ML who was introduced post leap and he eventually fell for her.. but that guy was positive and he helped FL in all possible way..they were supposed to get married too.. this track led to original ML- FL uniting with each other..
When Mahi track started I once said that IB too will go with twin theory like this particular show..and it happened..
So if again we go like that show then this track will unite Shivika soon with much more stronger relation than before..
All we need is lots of patience and stay away from all those fake spoilers..

Star plus will not permit that long separation. Channel has a bigger say than the PH.

Gul likes to show long romances, hate love tracks, unlike other shows who quickly fall in love, get married and then face troubles.

But since star doesnt permit it, she is forced to show marriages like forced marriage, marriage under alcohol, marriage to save lives-- so that she can show romance in peace.

Star plus focusses on family shows and super bahu's- a long track with bahu living separately and leads romancing other people will go against the grain for them

This Ankit character I think will be positive. Grey but positive. He is shown like the angry young man that Gul loves. What if he does something major for Annika that makes her duty bound to him? Or what if he fakes being interested in Annika and actually falls for her? (like TumBin 2 had the female lead accepting the other man when the hero comes back (after he was presumed dead) because the other man supported her the most and she cannot leave him just because he is back.

I think Shivika tashan wont be dragged for more than a month. Pinky's truth will be out along with the truth that Shivaay is her son only. I'm sure they wil show Pinky wanting Annika for Shivaay after that knowing Annika loves him the most and no harm can befall him when Annika is around. (That is why they changed the track from Pinky feeling left out and jealous to Pinky punishing Shivaay for not being her son)

I believe Ankits mom being positive again will try to keep Annika for her son's happiness (contrast bw Pinky and her) So even after Shivaay knows the truth and wants Annika back, it wont be as easy..
