Chapter 3- The best birthday gift ever!

So lets continue with the next chapter

Naira's pov: I felt guilty and i had butterflies swimming in my stomach which i never had before. I bought my Mendhak three presents which contained a watch, a personalised photo frame of us so that when he goes to his new office, he can look at the picture and smile. A smile to remember me when I'm at home with the baby. The third gift well you all know what it is. Our very own child that will bring utmost happiness into our own little world. I rang Kirti di to tell me how she experienced this beautiful journey. She said "Naira when i told your bhai, he was at the top of the world. He finally achieved something that belonged him. After he lost his old fiance, it was me who brought happiness back into his life. If it wasn't for you, i wouldn't have been married to Naksh, thank you Naira."

Listening to those words, it kept and kept ringing in my ears until i decided that it was the time to tell my pyara Mendhak that he's going to become father soon. I slowly tiptoed and walked towards the garden full decorations. I placed the two gifts i got him on the table. I placed my hands over his eyes until he was taken aback.

Kartik's pov: 5 minutes it had been, where is my Sherni? I wanted to celebrate my birthday with just the two of us. And yes, my family agreed to. I started to grow suspicious of Naira, she was never late like this before. It was quiet, there was no sound except i slowly heard footsteps and the sound of payal which belonged to my Naira. She covered my eyes and i was taken aback. I smile came onto my lips until i heard silent whispers into my ears saying "happy birthday mendak, you're going to become a father soon. We're going to have our own little child in our little world we live in."

I turned to see her and she was wearing my favorite colour. Was i happy? No, i was more than happy. My naira made me complete. I twirled her around and gave a sweet passionate kiss on her rouged soft lips and said "Thank you for the best birthday gift ever! I can't express how much i love you. Let's cut the cake and start a new journey of becoming parents."

Today we proved that we are indeed Kaira and that we have completed of being a husband and wife. "Naira im incomplete without you, with this unborn child, you completed me"

Chapter 4: Goenkas and Singhanias congratulate Kaira

Thanks for the lovely comments, here's the next chapter

Kartik's birthday ended on a good note and both the couple were happy to become parents. Kartik and Naira enter their room and Kartik lifts the soon to be mother on the bed. He looks at her lovingly and kisses her forehead. He tells her "Bohot late hogayi hai, tum takan ho chuki ho. Ab tum rest karo, tume zaroorat hai because you are carrying my child." Naira smiles and replies to Kartik "Thank you for trying to be the best father, main janta hun ki tum hamara bacha ko bohot pyar karogi. I love you a lot and goodnight." They both embraced in each others arms and snuggled to find comfort.

Next day:

The Goenkas and Singhanias entered Kaira's Mansion which they lived alone. As they entered, their happiness knew no bounds and quickly ran to the soon to be parents and wished them "Congratulations" at the same time. Kirti was already suspicious since Naira called her yesterday to talk about her pregnancy journey, but she knew anyway. She was smiling and was happy for her little brother and his wife.

Naitik gave a big smile and said, " Mai bohot khushi ho Naira, Akshara ke bad sirf tum aur Kartik ho jo mujhe itne khushiyaan dedi. Mera princess ab mera nahi hai kyunki jald uski hone wala princess ya prince ayega. Congratulations princess aur tum ko bhi Kartik.

Naira: "Thank you papa, mai janta hun ki tum aur mama bohot khush ho. Agar mama hoti, wo mujhe ghale deti. Khair tum nana bani wali ho aur mai bohot khush hoon." As she smiled she gave a big hug to her father and he kissed her forehead. Dadi walks upto the happy couple and says, "Mera kittu aur uski Kitti jald mama aur papa hone wala hai. Congratultions Kaira, thu thu thu thu."

Manish: He had tears in his eyes as he had reconciled with Kartik two years back because of his Naira and wished them good luck and congratulations. "Congratulations Naira and Kartik, main janta hoon ki tum ache parents banogi aur meri tara nahi. Good luck on the new journey." Suwarna was really happy for the couple and embraced Naira in a warm hug. She kissed on her forehead and said to Naira, "Yeh journey bohot special hai Naira. Tum deklena, Kartik tumhara bohot khyal rakhega aur tumhara bacha bhi. Akshara tumhi sobh di, tum meri beti ki tarah jaisa Kirti hai. Maine Akshara promise ki hai aur maine yeh promise pura kar diya. Jald se jald yeh bacha ane do, mai uski bohot pyar karungi. Good luck beta."

They all came one by one to congratulate and they were all happy. They ended their happy conversation and moved their way to the dinner table which Naira made for everyone.
