She then almost immediately deleted it. Yesterday, the second actress did the exact same thing! Same caption and everything.. Or maybe I am being too optimistic and it's just another ad 😭

I assumed this might be a telefilm kinda thing or something. One of the actresses was Noor Khan, if anyone is familiar..
