😆 I am no pro mate, and no,hve not attempted in making any south Indian dishes.
I can give you a recipe for this Moroccan rice and chicken that i make.😳

I want to try all different veg dishes...Bengalis dont have a lot of veg dishes which you can cook and enjoy. I want to have more veg options when i host a party.

I've made it a few times too with some of my choice of ingredients😆
I can never really stick to the orignal recipe for anything.Always hve to add my little twist in whatever new dish i attempt to make.

Great pass on...i will try !! He made grilled chicken the other day in a saucepan and put spices in it. He used different types of spices but wont tell me 😆 his sisters keep asking me what spices are in the chicken only because the grilled chicken was very tasty. Much better in taste then Nando's and other restaurants..i said i dont know you will have to ask him but he wont share 😆

OMG he does that aswell.😆 He turns the dish to his own version..no wonder why he was a great chef. His friends got a restaurant and they call him in for favours at times...his not in this field anymore but the chef in him is still there...😳 i have learnt to cook a lot of dishes from him. He is a pro and i dont know if i ever will be able to beat him in this field 😆

Is it just pure veg dishes you are after?You can try veg korma.What i do is i incorporate a lot of veg into my chicken,meat and fish dishes.I love meat with okra and meat with also runner beans.
