just talking?! 😲 just talking?! Talking is also an art. Not just anyone can do it. Look at dada...fumbling around with "kya bolu?" "kab bolu?"...while our confident dadi has already said everything out bindaas. Yup. Women power, it's called.

hi everyone, i am not so much of an active member here but some topics are there which i cant resist answering too...
i haven't read what other people wrote as i am kind of busy but i will post my thinking here and read others later for sure.
in olden times, specially at the time of partition between India and pakistan, and after that, people wanted a boy because they though he would take care of the family later, he would earn and feed them but a girl would go to her house and wont be able to look after the parents. plus people didn't had so much money and at that time there was a problem of dowry also.
a few women were very good like rani laxmi bai but not all women were like her.
things are changing now days but there are still people who have a polluted mind and i hope they will soon understand the importance of women.

If there is a difference in opinion at work place, in my experience, my gentlemen superiors are more undertanding and willing to accept the point, if it is correct, than ladies. Thus I prefer a gentleman as my senior/superior than a lady, inspite of all allegations against men. But as a friend I prefer a woman.

I have had very good bosses of both genders and not so good bosses of both genders; however, overall - female bosses have a slight edge in my book. 😃
