Also some claims are that Dev must not have tied her too tight if she managed to escape. Apparently whether tied indoor or outdoor is also a factor. Are you freaking kidding me?

This is the man who locked Sonakshi in an office without food or water all night. This is also the man who tied her in a balcony and broke the doorknob so she can't escape.

And we are discussing whether he tied Sonakshi tight or did Sonakshi enjoy it?

So if Sonakshi takes a hunter and whips Dev's ass and he doesn't call the police on the mother of his child, would we say he must have enjoyed it?

This is the kind of mentality, Gauri, who claim that when a rape victim does not go to the police for shame or fight back because someone is holding a gun to her loved one's head, must mean she enjoyed it.

If the woman does not fight back for whatever reason, must mean consent, right? Saying "untie me" or "don't leave me like this" are obviously smokescreen. After all a woman's no is yes. Makes me mad to just think about it that while men like Zed or Mr. Das are feeling disgusted by it, this kind of thinking is coming from women.

It may be fictional character, but this is unacceptable to show on screen. Will we watch a movie where a person who is abusive can continue to abuse people and just keep getting rewarded for this act? Media has to take responsibility to show negative consequences and to never show abuse as form of romance.

yaar tia I strayed into another thread and tried to explain the exact same thing. I got smashed for it. So I decided on one thing I am not going anywhere else from now on. I am just sticking to this thread from now on . I was even called a feminist and crazy person.

And whenever there is a new low Dev reaches, CVs introduce Vicky and GKB to trick the poor bully and justify his wrong behaviours.

For once, I would like to see Soha knowing all the truths about Dev's kaarnaame and deciding on her own whether or not to call him Papa. But no, seems Poor Bully Dev will be tricked by his own relatives and cry victim if and when Soha refuses him to call Papa. Poor poor guy. 😭

You know what Di?? I won't feel an iota of sympathy for Dev Bhaiya.
Look I am so heartless.I am unable to see a father's pain and Dev's true louuu😭 Infact I will celebrate if Dev does get tricked by Red and Gold. That psycho deserves it.
You cannot keep a snake as a pet and yet not expect that it will ever bite you.

He knew what Vicky and Ex GKB were yet he decided to close his eyes and encouraged their freeloading.Ab bhugto!!

A father is not a father in my eyes if he cannot respect the mother. End of story for me.

This, in my eyes, is psychoness and NOT love. And with a show with 2 out of 3 leads are psycho, I am not sure how long I can maintain my sanity šŸ˜†.

Whatever GKB and Vicky will do, Dev will be responsible and yes, as he didnt get any sympathy from me when goons beat him, now also he wont get any sympathy from me, because again he deserves it. Seems like some kind of poetic justice, everytime he does something cheap, life hits back at him šŸ˜²šŸ˜†.

I am with GKB and Vicky this time. Enough of the mukhouta of this Maa and Raja Beta. Let it fall and let Soha see the real face of her dad.

P.S. - With GKB and Vicky's level of intelligence, I highly doubt if their plan would backfire or not. šŸ˜†

Tia, I read this in an article and I am quoting -

Feminist-activist-social scientist Kamla Bhasin, who said, "I know enough women who are totally patriarchal, who are totally anti-women; who do nasty things to other women, and I have known men who have worked for women's rights their whole life. Feminism is not biological; feminism is an ideology."

Sorry to hear that you got smashed. But explain it to me, since Bhaiya used Feminist as a "F" word, is this going to be new norm in this forum? If someone said it to me, I'd say, "Thank you. And my condolences that you are not. But do continue to enjoy the privileges that Feminists like us got you while sneering at Feminism."

What actually shudders me to think that if we are agreeing to let go of these incidents as simple 'tashan' (thanks to CVs for abusing this word), then the day is not far when eve-teasers and acid attackers are going to be excused since they also 'love' the ladies hence does stuffs to 'irritate' them.

This show is disturbing me in a lot ways. I thought television and bollywood is finally maturing with no longer glorifying the stalkerish and bullying behaviours of the ML in the name of 'love'. How wrong was I !

A video tribute for such situations in real life.

Men and women can torture each other in the name of "I am possessive about you" and "You are my obsession" 🄱 examples Dev-Ish..
"I need you for myself to let my emotions out be in love or anger or distress or happiness. You are my sinktank" šŸ˜†šŸ˜†

Exactly.. The way the show had built up the sensitive areas of reality and the close to realism characters - that's the exact reason the show gets strong criticism from me when it fails to take a stand for what they believed in showing.. And more important thing is how the show managed to make the audience relate themselves with the characters and their situations.. And finally failing to show some clear message that can be taken forward by those who related themselves with.. If it had been any normal show with larger than life characters then fine.. Everything forgotten about and even not necessary to be tuned in to.. But the way people want to justify everything in the name of this is how it is and this is how it will be.. It really hurts.. And I sincerely want not to leave such a mindset amidst my next generation. I already feel worried for my daughter with the people's mindset I'm gonna leave her with..
