Waise, did u all notice, how Shivaay was playing all the shades that Anika was listing out as and when she was listing them?

This scene was sooo beautifully done. And the pool in the frame added more deep meaning to the scene.. As water is an mp element in shivika life.. no complaints abt editing dep today 👏

Yes, I noticed that.😆 That subtle change of expression every time as she kept listing out his shades and the final 'you have more shades than a shade card' totally floored him.😛 He could only manage a 'you have noticed me?' as a retort and he wasn't even that smug about it.


Yup..the water symbolism, they left the curtains open for a full view of the poolside in the background, it made the scene all the more beautiful. I will even praise the light wale tonight for keeping the spotlights/blinding lights at bay tonight.😆


The dialogues had a bigger impact because of all references to past scenes. We had the satrangi kanji eyes wala dialogue, ek jhatke mein sorry/thank you boldiya dialogue and her standard words like tadi/tadibaaz. Billu ji also gave some awesome reactions.😆


And I liked that zimmedaari wala back & forth dialogues too between them...Zimmedaari meaning wife ofc.😳

I know he feels guilty and he will not force her to stay married and he is already a #nayisoch as far as husband go..

Forced marriage for sure is a hurdle.. He has to let her make her own decisions in this relationship.. Till now, all the major decisions have been forced by him.. I'm also waiting for the day when he verbalizes what he did was wrong on soo many level.. I always thought Anika would forgive him but Shivaay would not be able to forgive himself and I feel wahi hone wala hai.. 😳

Abhi toh bahut saare hurdles hai.. SSO ki wife does not need to work.. etc etc..

😆 But then he always has his own special set of rules for Anika.. jo Anika ke sath hotha hai, kuch aur ke sath nahi hota..

Jokes apart, Shivay does have issues with how he forced Anika to marry him. Thatz the reason everytime that topic was brought up either by his brothers, dadi family or by Anika himself he gets into this super defensive mode and is too quick to escape from there.

His NKK is a hurdle he has to cross before he can accept Anika.. even then, the fact he forced Anika to mary him , may be yet another hurdle for him.. An introvet like shivaay will find it hard to rxpress his love for Anika, to top it with his guilt of forcing the marriage will make it even harder..

These challenges he throws at Anika,

His, "so u used to check me out from beginning " , " so u notice me" etc etc, is his way of trying to decode Anika's feelings for him too..

He knows he has not given any reason for her to feel for him, or like him even..

The more Anika is open with her feeling for him, the more closer he will come to her.

The moment Anika moves back, so will he..

Yes he forced her into marriage but he won't force her to stay married to him..

Om is the one who talks abt equality in relationships (esp hubby-wife) , but I see shivay being the one to follow it and practice it in reality..

Sorry.. i know i went into a defend shivaay mode😆 .. kya karumm.. i love this adorable 100 rang wala Anika ka bagad billa..

LOL I just talked to BW about this.😆 Yeh forum toh danger zone hai when it comes to Shivaay, as you may already know, so I don't like bashing him here. :P


You are absolutely right, esp @ bold. Shivaay is a character who doesn't preach equality but practices it in reality. At least he tries.


He was never proud or happy with himself for committing that heinous act...You're right. That's exactly why he attempted to deflect from this topic when others' brought it up. And at that time, he still hated her/Daksh MU didn't yet clear. He obviously never felt that she deserved it, even though he thought she was characterless at the time.


You make an interesting point about why Shivaay will have a hard time accepting Annika. It's not only the NKK that will play a role here, but his GUILT for forcing her into the marriage will have a role to play as well. He still feels she is TOO good for him, and in tonight's episode, I have seen Shivaay attempting to redeem himself. Yes. First with the trust aspect, he said to her that their relationship is based on TRUST. And that he trusts her. He knows she can do no wrong.


Second, he acknowledged her as his wife!! He told her through code that she is his zimmedari=wife until divorce proceedings are done. I was so enjoying the scene until he brought up the word 'divorce.😭 You know, I think I am kinda figuring out now why he hasn't yet told her that he hasn't signed the divorce papers. I think the guilt could factor into this as well maybe...and he might feel that it is best that she doesn't end up being married to him forever. Right now, he doesn't want to let her go...wants to enjoy the present moment.
