That CM might have been more impressed with Naina (as they send her dance video to him) hence, NK thinks getting Naina as his daughter-in-law will be good - and NK might think that Naina is more easily bent than Meghna.

My newested theory 😆

They must have wanted the land to be transfered at the wedding only to be told that the land they wanted belongs to both sisters and therefore cannot be transferred. They would then demand that Naina is married to Karan or the Kunal Meghna marriage would end before it started?
