OMRU fans are not "thrilled" that their scenes include ShiVika. Most want them to have scenes which have nothing to do with Shivika. But the makers have given then the job of being "ShiVika Shipper" on the show and getting them involved in their issues.

No OMRU fans want to see them having nothing else to do but be wallpaper in ShiVika's Stockholm syndrome drama, where the wife is happy to stay in a marriage she was blackmailed into. We want them to have a life, not be part of this already over hyped drama. So if anyone thinks OMRU fans are "thrilled" by what they are being made to do then think again. To ShiVika fans this show is all about their abusive love story, but it isn't for everyone else! We want to see others get a story that is about them. Not about Devi Babhi and her pati who has vamps after his blood!
