Both Kat and DP have genuine reasons to dislike each other but what's Anushka's beef with Deepika? I've always wondered because DP has been nothing but nice to her and even went to the premiere of NH10 to show support, from one actor to another, and we saw the disgust that showed on Anushka's face in all the pics. She's just as catty as the rest.

Anushka has talked about why it's hard to be Deepika's friend in an interview before... it's because of Deepika's cheap PR tactics and her two faced behaviour!

And this is why I still won't like Deepika, despite how much she's grown and impressed me as an actor. She's just too fake for my liking. And worse is, she won't learn from her past mistakes. Has she tweeted about all, or actually any other KwK episode, we could disregard the tweet as not being a clear troll. Here, she's obviously just looking for attention.

Anushka and Katrina get along because they're both genuine and don't bitch about people. It makes them likeable. They're not rude like Kajol, but they do say it outright when they don't like someone or aren't friends with them. In fact, they even said they're not friends and don't text all the time. There's no fake diplomacy for being the 'Bollywood pedestal princess'. Ranveer/Deepika try too hard to be people pleasers and it frankly shows very vividly. It comes across as SO fake.

As for her contemporaries not being her friends, I remember someone saying on KWK k two actresses can be friends if they are not in the same league😆

Oh, she's another victim of DP's big bad PR. But don't they all in indulge in such tactics at some point to promote themselves? You'd think Anushka being in the industry herself would know how it is and would develop thicker skin. Now if Anushka and DP were close in the past and that happened then I guess I get why she felt that way.

But I still think it's more to it than just the PR. That's just the scapegoat and safe answer IMO 😆

Is there a limit to Deepika's shamelessness and patheticness? First seething of jealousy she followed PC to Hollywood and now that her B-grade movie is about to tank and she didn't get any attention she is back and trying to re-claim what she has lost. I this point it is G.A.M.E O.V.E.R for her, nobody wants her in Hollywood and people have moved on in Bollywood. Reminds me of what Karishma did to her career in the late 90s. If Padamati flops (and there are good chances it will) she is over.
