You know I think that old Suraj would have taken care of her and that is the beauty of this couple...even though they hated each other , they always cared for one another in their own way...
Remember when Chakors finger got cut , Suraj brought her to the sink to wash off that blood...it doesn't matter with which intention he did it, but he cared in his own way...He saved Chakor so many times even though he disliked her like saving her from falling off the stage, saving her from getting killed by the toxic gas etc...And the same goes for Chakor too...
