Nahi he won't feel left out as his brothers will dhava boloying in his room 😆 😆. Rumya are not gonna accept this wedding so Rumya staying is one room is out of question and I doubt even Shivika wedding will be due to circumstances so even they won't stay together for some time. So all brothers will be IN Om's room 😆.

Currently ShivRu are roommates...after Shivika wedding, Ru will have to move to Om's room as I don't think Rumya will be roommates this soon...🤪 So OmRu will become roommates just like KuLee...😳

I think Shivay will stay put in his room, Shiv's room is huge so there is plenty of space for him and Anika to coexist even if they pretend to live like strangers...😆

No but I want Shi also move to Om's room or at least spend time with them before going to his room 😳. But after yesterday episode scene I feel once shiv shaadi will be done. They will start talking about Ridhkara wedding as everyone now will feel that Om can't live without ridz so they will start that discussion.
