Guys that envelope thing u all r assuming to b medical reports?
Ye kisne kaha kartik didn't utter a work abt that envelope.. Naira came he told him papa is calling nd kartik just said that bhi unse baat karna chahta hun he never uttered a word abt any medical condition.. Before gng to meet naitik he luked at envelope..it can be a resignation letter too

nahi rahul he talk about medicals report he say in reports mie improvement nahi aa rahi hy shayad kis aur doctor ko approach karon yeh bola hy us nie
