If there was any attraction from either one, there is no need for friends (that too in Bollywood industry) to play cupid. It only shows they are not interested or one is definitely not interested.

Kat might be in rebound state, as she was in a relationship for long time. But Sid does not appear so. May be she is his childhood crush, may be of higher rank, but he does not seem interested in her.

I believe in Sid-Alia rumours. They might be a mismatch lookwise. They might not flaunt their relation in open. But both seems committed.

Somehow, this blind reminds me of Rekha's attraction with Akki. Yes, Rekha might have been much more successful than Akki who was a nobody then. But he was in relationship with a young and happening Ravenna.
