Actually she doesn't agree to the divorce just for Sukriti. Its a combination of factors that induce her to 'almost' sign those papers.

1. Firstly when Milind tells her that he can't live with her.

2. When he tells her that he can't bear to see her, hates her, has no trust in her etc.

3. When he blames her for breaking his relationship with his father.

4. Finally when she sees him leaving the house instead she realises that it truly is the end for her and Milind.

She reaches a breaking point due to this act of Milind's and decided to sign the papers.
