Chapter-26

When khushi woke up she found herself wrapped in her Arnav ji's arms and Arnav looking at her and everything which happend dawned upon her. Khushi jerked up and sat on bed, and suddenly the emotions clouded on her face was of fear.

Arnav was noticing her every expression and it confused him why is she scared?,
Arnav turned her towards him.
Arnav: khushi!!
khushi: i am sorry Arnav ji,
Arnav was confused why is she asking forgiveness. Arnav: khushi! you... but
khushi cutts him..

Khushi: sorry Arnav ji but i didn't hide it purposely. i had promised to bua ji and when we got married it was never a normal relation between us so I never got a chance to tell this and
circumstances just got more difficult and complicated. Believe me Arnav ji please
believe ...

"shhh" Arnav stopped her.

Arnav was stunned what is she doing she is asking forgiveness from him, it should be him who should say sorry not her dammit!!!
He never gave her enough reasons and much needed support that she could
confide in him, share her pain with him. Today he got to know about her past from someone else and that too like that, he is feeling more ashamed and guilty.

Arnav: you don't need to say sorry my love... It was not your mistake, its me who never gave you the support i should have i had always hurt you. please don't.. and i am proud of you and my respect for you had increased more. khushi hugged him crying Arnav pulled her more closer murmuring numerous sweet words calming her. hen they both heard knock , Arnav got up to see who is it.

It was Hp with their dinner, that time Arnav noticed that its night and they didn't had their dinner so Payal had sent it to their room.

After that Arnav and khushi had their dinner silently on poolside , and then Arnav goes down to
keep utensils there. when he got back he found khushi still at poolside wrapping her arms around her knees shedding silent tears , coming beside her he wiped her tears.

khushi: why? why it always happens Arnav ji?
Arnav: because may be your Devi maiyya knows how much strong her sanka devi is.
khushi: no! i am not.
Arnav: you are..

khushi: Di is again hurt because of me, now Arnav got angry.
Arnav: stop! you are not to blame and stop thinking about everyone and start thinking about yourself.
khushi: but...
Arnav: no! now you will think about yourself also.
Saying this he kissed on her eyes sucking her remaining tears.
