It better not be this easy for dev and Ishwari 😡 Hope the makers have a good track ahead..: not just sorry, maaf kar do.. aarte ka thaal bakvaas.

It's not just predicting though, Dev did dump Sona, that too without his mum actually asking. I know Ishwari was emotionally blackmailing him, but I think he could've handled it better, maybe ask Sona to move slowly with their relationship so that Ishwari can gradually accept it.

Since he ended things with Sona he has harassed her, and yet didn't ask her to come back to him, it was simply if I can't have you then no one can have you for him.

What was the purpose of him stalking Sona? He kept stating to everyone that Sona only loves him and can't move on from him, he tried to ruin her dates, and wanted to make sure she doesn't move on and get engaged, but still didn't ask her to come back to him. So why did he do all that if he didn't want her back? That's just ruining her life.

For me Dev has a lot of making up to do, at this point I find it hard to find redeeming qualities in him, yes love makes you do stupid things, but generally it's because a person wants to be with someone else, here Dev just messed with Sona in the end.

Ishwari is again trying to run her son's life

This time again it is in his favor so he is going for it

Should Sona reject him just because of that?

What does she do with her love, her feelings for him?

I hope she would be strong enough to make him see why she cannot be at his beck and call.

He would have to woo her family, make things right with them first then and only then should Sona give him a chance to woo her, build her trust in him.

I hope the writers don't disappoint.

😔 Tremendously disappointed hearing that Devakshi marriage talks are already on the cards 😡 This mamma's boy and mamma, how perfectly CVs ruined the concept of the show... Sona has become ever-forgiving Mother Teresa who has no sense of self-respect anymore 😡

If they dont show Dev's redemption track, I dont think I will continue watching this krap 🤡

I feel the same, Dev has had no growth at all. He still got away with all his tantrums just like his mom got away with hers.

Not once has he apologized to the Bose family, he was totally indifferent towards them.

in both the times, it was Natasha and Rithwik who took the initiative, Dev coolly went on the engagement day to break it off without giving a thought on how the other side would handle it . It was Natasha who handled it for him.

I really hope they do show Dev to take his own decision and voice his thoughts and most of all, not take sonakshi for granted and keep her on the side whenever he wants to.

I'm sorry you're disappointed with the track, I admit it makes it tough for me to sleep also when it plagues my mind. I wished this was a story realistic enough to be relatable, but also show how the characters rise up and be better. You know, to give hope and ideas to those who relate to it so well.

Dev is the representation of all the decent and awesome guys in the world who are controlled by their mothers. It does not take away the fact that they are nice guys but it makes living with them darned hard.

We expect worldly wise attitude from Sonakshi when she's young and naive when it comes to love. Now she has learnt the hard way and tastes bitter pain. Dev has to repair that perception in Sona, restore that faith in love she had lost.

Well, in real life, girls like Sona do marry guys like Dev and suffer MILs like Ishwari and meddling aunts like GKB. Their self respect might suffer dents slowly as she replaces her priorities with his.

Which is why I really hope the writers think out of the box.

Totally agree...no second thoughts about it...if their future life after marriage has to be good then he should go to her because he wants to and not because his mom agreed. Just like the way he took the decision of going to her engagement with out his mom's permission...he should decide what he needs to do for their relationship.

But do you all think Ishwari , is going to agree to accept Sona easily?? The promo that they showed today could also be for some other girl of her choice rt ?? Need not be Sona...we assume its Sona because we saw the SSB segment...well...I could be wrong here...just thinking loud..thats all

Completely share your disappointment and frustration. Both breakup and separation track has let down the expectations.

First the breakup was so bitter as if Dev never loved or cared about Sona. N even after breakup he never tried to apologise or tried to understand Sona n her family's pain. It was always about his sacrifice, his pain, his family. Dev's redemption track was a much needed one and till now they have not shown it. Just a drunken night, he confronted n told everything to Ish n conveniently forgets about it. Why can't they show Dev talking to Ish about her insecurities if he always knew about it rather than this drunken act. As per Dev's character trait, he makes mistakes but he immediately rectifies it. He did nothing this time for something that meant the world to him. N now taking any action only when Ish is forcing him to.

Sona's moving on and jumping into engagement was wrong in all possible ways but I could still understand it, but they shudnt have stretched it till engagement night. Sona shud hav cancelled it. After she dreamt abt Dev n later Asha asked her, I was praying Sona wud confess. But writers wanted drama 😡 n hence we got this Sona who doesnt care abt her family at all. Whr is the sensible Sona? I hope they now show Sona trying hard to pacify her family. Instead of Ritwick asking Bijoy to understand Sona, it be shud be Sona handling things with her family.

Only hope remains if they dnt jump into this marriage track so soon. Let Sona appease Bijoy first, and Dev n Ish try hard to pacify entire Bose family. Pls dnt show Sona again going back to Dev without Dev trying hard enough. N Ish to apologize to Sona about barsaati naala and other insults.

So most of us here are not happy with patch up progress?

Why? Coz dev s redemption s not shown ..and sona too was shown to make a mistake of hurting the good better best boy rithik..

But since day 1 this s what dev and sona are :: if he s emotional so us she..if he s impulsive so is she..if he loves his dis functional family she loves her perfect family..that's why they balance each other so well.. both don't have much social circle..both are passionate abt their job and both are number one in their professional sphere ..so three s no second thought for m that dey are made for each other

Coming to breakup execution, I personally feel it is the best one done so far..Dev didn't drag his point, he didn't give her false hope ki we ll v together someday so wait .he called spade a spade .mom won't agree so let's stY away.. impulse and rejection drove sonakshi too awY from him

Yeah the stAlking part was Ott but he s dev ...the one who experienced love for d first time that too in abundance so he s unable to leave it..but after the office promise he contained ..until his own lady provoked him with a invite to the function...so cv justified both pining for each other..Dev s redemption was almost shown twice but both times he was inebriated...sona understood he was helpless so she pushed herself further towards move on...I felt it's d way relationships work in real..u aspire for d moon and knowing u won't get it you will away and try to catch it's reflection...same with sona she wished dev but settled for dtkl..

Now after canceling engagement, making sona guilty of moving on when he s still bound by her love, making mummy feel she s d shitty most mom in d world dev dozes off...he has finally erupted ...ok he was not in his senses but believe m this s going to work wonders ..his mom will fear this one night for her entire lifetime. Agar m kuch karoon to what if any son returns back to 'drink and spit venom mode' ...and sonakshi knows he still roots for her..so once h goes on his knees agAin begs pleads does sone thing to make her feel happy. She might jus return to him..and they know each other too well ..life time pada h sorry bolne k..so I guess the patch up track s so far so good balanced neatly executed ..all it needs a strong move from ishwary who realizes her insecurities were baseless..today cud b d day..I too don't want her to Simply Cry in bed and wake up to say go get sona dev...aj b kuch chatpata hona chahiye

We will definitely get a redemption track for Dev as we will see him begging her to come back to him but there will be no redemption track for Sona .That's what disapoints me will we get to see Sona realising her mistake of marrying Ritvik and also realising that just like Dev she has taken wrong decisions .We have seen her asking for mutual breakup but not once did she suggest Dev to work together as a team to convince Ishwari.

I see no difference between Dev and Sona .I feel both were ready to give up on their relationship and had zero interest in making their relationship work.

@bold...I said this once...she just gave up
