AshWaki scene -
It's a little too much. No, sorry, let me correct that. It's insanely too much.
Let's break it down:
1) He sees Kaurvaki sleeping, so he decides to stare at her (lovingly) and sits next to her and holds her hand and pats her forehead, when she coughs. So you know, he wipes the drool coming from her face (or something).
2) As he turns around, Kaurvaki's hand - which mind you, was resting on her abdomen area (since Ashok moved it) - catches Ashok's necklace. For that to happen, her hand would have had to move as Ashok was leaning in to wipe the drool (or whatever it was, maybe it was medicine?), and then stay at the perfect angle to catch the necklace in her fingers. I can understand an accidental catching of the necklace, but it's clear that Kaurvaki can sense Ashok. Which brings me to #3
3) Kaurvaki doesn't drink the medicine when Ashok gives it to her the first time. Why? Logically, she doesn't like the taste. It looks like Karela Juice, probably tastes like it too. Though, if we are looking at it from the logical angle, this is the second time she doesn't drink the medicine on the first turn. Dharma first gave it to her, she spat it out. Ashok gave it to her next and she drank it. This time, Ashok gave it to her, but she didn't drink it. Only when he gave it to her a second time, she drank it.
4) Some one-sided flirting, though Kaurvaki sort of joins in by saying Ashok's name. I think that's sweet. When Ashok was injured in Ujjain, he would keep saying Kaurvaki Kaurvaki, and now that Kaurvaki's injured (which, again, has not been revealed), she is repeating Ashok's name. Though, it's funny. Wasn't she saying sentences in yesterday's episode like - Ashok recognized me. He said my name. And about an hour later (so i estimate), she can only say Ashok Ashok, when she could have said some pretty mushy gushy things
5) And then he hugs her and they sleep together in that position for eternity - which lasts a good couple of hours because Devi enters after that (YAY!!). This is the second time Kaurvaki has slept "on" Ashok (the first being after the horse / waterfall incident); and given that I mentioned that particular scene, I can't help but compare the two. Both scenes involved Ashok revealing that he knew who Kaurvaki was - by calling her name, saying tumhara Ashok, etc. -, both scenes involved Kaurvaki coughing, and both scenes had Kaurvaki sleeping against some part of Ashok's body, while Ashok just froze in that position.
BONUS -- From my estimated time breakdown, we have Kaurvaki saving Ashok right before sundown (isn't that when fasts are usually broken?) - let's say 6:00 PM, the court scene / Uttar go until 2 hours after sunset - 8:00 PM, and Charumitra enters Bindusar's room for some naughty moments at night (so maybe an 1.25 hours after court scene ends - since it would take some time to get ready) - 9:15 PM. That means that Kaurvaki came back around 7:30 PM (she had to walk / ride back, but in either case, she would have had to come back before Uttar entered the court). Found Devi / Devi found her by 8:00 PM, and half hour after that (8:30 PM) Devi rushes to Ashok and drags him to Kaurvaki where the doctors are unable to do anything. Around 9:45 PM Ashok searches for Dharma, accidentally disturbs the non-existent sexual tension between Bindusar and Charumitra. After that, he spends the night with Kaurvaki in his arms.

Dharma - Ashok - Devi / AshVi scenes
I think the foreshadowing was good. Kajal's expressions were spot on impressive. When Ashok said "whoever marries you,will be really lucky"; Devi's eyes sort of expressed that she was sort of into Ashok, maybe not as a lover just yet, definitely more than just friends though. I thought that was fabulous and subtle.
Dharma comes in with the medicine, and Ashok quickly gives himself away. He's so worried for "Padmavati" in front of Dharma, that Dharma ultimately questions him. It's certainly a strange reaction from Ashok's part, definitely out of character.

Fake Khondana Burning scene
Luckily RG steps in and pulls Ashok away, leading to one of the finest plots - burning the fake Khondana. His scene with his brothers and Khallu was great where he admits that this burning was just for the people to get rid of their fear of Khondana. No rahega Khondana ki daar, na rahega Khondana, ha ha.

The gang meets Helena
Agree with Mist, it's certainly pleasurable to see Helena start panicking, but it's sort of like a stimulant for her. She returns with double the evil plots (so to speak). It's brilliant, though, that the CVs chose to make Helena "Khondana"; a pretty good move plot-wise on their part. I think the overall Khondana story line isn't as well utilized as it should be. By that, what I mean is that there should be more unexpected twists. What's happening right now is Khondana is going to be the penultimate villain that Ashok is going to face (ultimate being Sushim of course). They introduce sub-villains like Virat (per precap) and Nilkanush, the tantric guy, Uttar / Dakshin that are not as relevant, but they help drive the story along. It's more of a straight path plot-wise. Ashok goes to Virat, he faces some trouble over there, and ultimately kills Virat and captures Nilankush. Nilankush reveals the location of Khondana, but by that time, Helena has vacated. Ashok manages to find something of Khondana / Helena, but he can't associate it with someone. He suspects it might be Helena, but pushes that thought away because it's impossible for Helena to come back alive. It just feels all too predictable and hopefully it isn't like that, but it's certainly likely.
*shrugs* I just want twists to keep happening. Not in an overload amount (that will ruin the plot), but right now the way the story is driven, there aren't any surprises.
=======
Side question - Remember how Ashok was tracking down Nilankush, and he was outside Khondana's hideout. The camera zoomed in on Helena's earrings, but later Ashok said that he only heard a woman's voice. Was this a goof on the CVs part, or were the earring shot just unrelated?
