I agree to almost everything you said there but having difficulty believing this part... The guy has never loved any woman in his life . He is a selfish person who loves only himself & to reach his goal he won't think twice before trampling whoever is there in between him & his goal . He has abandoned his parents mercilessly & I see them attending their own son's third wedding as mere guests. Their third daughter in law forgot all about them when posing with BW top celebs but her own parents were there everywhere posing with the top celebs. Out of curtsy there were just one or two pics of his parents with the bride & groom minus any other BW celebs .😆
To feel remorse or guilt the person has to feel something & when he has never loved any of the women how can you expect him to feel guilty.! In his eyes he's never wrong . The lifelessness & the sparkle that you don't see in his eyes anymore is not due to remorse for his actions but after taking this drastic step too his career is not going anywhere. No big BW banner in his kitty & in spite of being Bips husband he's treated as a sidekick. There in IIFA too he got to party around with shilpa diya abhay vivek & all. Most of them are forgotten faded flop stars ...not going as his plan.😆 And like you said instead of bagging movies he's becoming a show stopper & modelling & promoting monkey love. And to top it all Bips constant control over him ..all these has taken the sparkle from his eyes not remorse like you would want to believe.
He's always pretty much calculated his life based on what feeds his career.Others in his life, like his friends and family, have only tried to believe otherwise.Time and again.They're tried to believe he would change and etc but they haven't seen that light on the other end of the tunnel,as I presume much of his previous worshipers too haven't. Just,the difference between the "multitude of fans"/friends and his own parents is that while the former can leave him to deal with his own, the latter can't.His parents had no option but to pose for just those pictures that they were given to/ I've long stopped following this man to be honest,to know what he's upto in work or at IIFA, but there you're right.He has this same pattern.It's enough if you've followed him for two years,you can figure out the rhythm.
The much debated "sparkle" is I'm sure lost.But as @Rimulia points out it isn't about self-reflection.It's more about seeing all his plans not getting that destination.And of course, fact that he's had to give up all he practically had back here to make this big deal- his friends and followers and his pet too if that counts.He's a very intelligent man,not that he didn't know this marriage couldn't be for love.Not that he didn't didn't know nobody would have cared for a man as him as much as Jennifer genuinely did.It doesn't have to be explained or refuted.But yes,he knew all of it,and yet he Chose this over things.He Chose money over Love, as I have to admit he's nothing rare in that.Just,the fallacy that this choice isn't yet shaping up.
